Bon Jovi Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

This week: the North American Bon Jovi presale on 28 October

For the United States and Canada, our records give a presale on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 10am local time and general sale on Friday 30 October at 10am. The records do not say which kind of presale it is, and they do not list the platform for each stadium, so we cannot name one. What we can say is that stadium sales in North America almost always run through one of the big ticketing platforms, often with a fan list, a card programme or a promoter list opening ahead of the public. If you plan to buy, the sensible thing to do before Wednesday is to check your accounts. Log in to the major ticketing platforms you might use and confirm that your payment card and address are saved. Join the artist's mailing list for the United States or Canada. Look at the stadium's seating plan so that you know which sections you prefer and which you will accept. Our guides to Verified Fan, Amex presales and US presale rules explain the ways a stadium sale can restrict access.

The Bon Jovi presale in Australia: Sydney and Melbourne

Australia moved first. The presale took place on Tuesday 20 October 2026, at 12pm in Sydney and 1pm in Melbourne, which reflects the time difference between the two cities in the southern spring. General sale followed on Friday 23 October at the same hours, through the official ticketing partners listed for each stadium. Marvel Stadium hosts the Melbourne show on 4 March 2027 and Accor Stadium the Sydney show on 11 March. Fans who have been through an Australian stadium sale will know that the first hour is the busiest, and that returns after the fact are common in the weeks before a show.

Australian stadium sales have their own rhythm. A pre-sale is typically open to fans on a list or holders of a partner product, and general sale follows within days. Ticketek and Ticketmaster are the main platforms, with the stadium's own members sometimes getting an earlier slot. Both windows have closed, so the useful steps now are to check the seller's page for returns, to watch for an announcement of additional dates and to read the rules in our Australian presale guide. Remember that the 12pm and 1pm hours are local, and that a mistake on the city can cost you the first ten minutes.

Bon Jovi presale in London: Hyde Park on 24 June 2027

The British sale has also run. The presale for London was on Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 10am UK time, and general sale on Friday 23 October at 10am, according to our records. The show is at BST Hyde Park on 24 June 2027, which is an outdoor, festival-style venue within a London park, with standing and seated areas, and with entry managed by the promoter's own staging. For a Hyde Park show, the details of the ticket matter. Prices vary by area, and many fans are surprised by how different a general standing ticket is from a seated one. The sale note we hold does not name the partner windows, so we do not list them. A fan who missed both dates should check the primary seller for returns and look for any added tiers closer to the show. Our UK presale guide describes the British system, and the resale rules page explains what is and is not allowed when you pass a ticket on.

Stadium seats, standing areas and the Bon Jovi presale

A stadium sale is not like an arena sale. The buildings hold fifty thousand people or more, so the number of tickets in the first windows is large, but the demand is also large. Seating charts at MetLife, Soldier Field and Gillette are complex, with sections that offer very different views, and the face value of a ticket in the lower bowl is much higher than in the upper deck. Some stadium sales offer a general admission field area as well. The practical advice is to decide your tier before the queue. If you choose too late, the best compromise is gone. Compare the tiers on the seller's page, check for obstructed-view warnings, and keep in mind that prices may move with demand. Our dynamic pricing guide describes how that can happen, and why the price you see at 10am on Wednesday may not be the price at noon. Do not wait for a lower price unless you are prepared to lose the seat.

Bon Jovi presale in Canada: Rogers Stadium in Toronto on 4 August 2027

Canada shares the American dates: presale on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 10am local time and general sale on Friday 30 October. The Toronto show is at Rogers Stadium on 4 August 2027. Canadian sales usually run through Ticketmaster Canada, sometimes with Live Nation or a card programme as a first window, and the Quebec French-language rules do not apply to Ontario. If you live in Canada, the thing to prepare is your payment method. Canadian cards sometimes need extra steps in a US-based checkout, and a card that is declined in the cart can cost you the whole order. Check that your card is enabled for online payments and that the billing address is correct. Our Canadian presale guide explains the details, and the presale queue page shows how a waiting room works and why you should not refresh.

After the Bon Jovi presale: returns, extra dates and resale

Once the main sales have run, stadium tours often add things. An extra date may be added if the first sells fast, additional seating can be released when the stage plan is finalised, and returned tickets appear in the weeks before each show. None of these is guaranteed, and none is announced far in advance. The best approach is to keep your accounts active and to check the seller's page regularly. If you consider buying from another fan, check your country's rules first. Some markets cap the price, some require a name change through the seller and some are silent. We describe each country's position in neutral terms on our resale rules page. No code is published here, and no seat is guaranteed. The alert form on this page will tell you when and where a new window opens, and our day checklist offers an hour-by-hour plan for the morning of a sale.

A three-day Bon Jovi presale plan for 28 to 30 October

If you are in North America, the next five days are the ones that count, so a simple plan helps. On Monday and Tuesday, check your accounts and your payment card, and read the announcement for the exact window you qualify for. On Wednesday 28 October, be logged in at least ten minutes before 10am in your own time zone, and wait on the page you were given. After the presale, if you did not get through, do not give up: the Friday general sale at 10am is a second chance, and stadium shows often have seats left. A good plan also covers the group. Decide who is paying, how many tickets you need and what you will do if the seats are not together. It is better to buy a smaller number of tickets in one order than to risk losing the whole order while arguing about it in the cart. If you must split, use separate accounts only when each person has their own valid card, and avoid sharing logins, which can trigger security checks. Lastly, keep your expectations realistic. A stadium sale will not give every fan their first-choice seat, and the price shown at checkout includes fees that were not visible earlier. Compare the total and set your limit beforehand. If you are shut out, our alert form will tell you about any later release.

Bon Jovi presale FAQ

The questions below come from a tour in mid-sale, so the answers depend on where you live. We use only the dates in our records and say clearly when a detail is not documented. For rules that apply to every artist, such as how queues work and what refund rights apply, our general presale FAQ goes into more depth. Treat the answers as a snapshot of 25 October 2026, and check the seller's page for your date before you act. That is why the order of the answers moves from the next sale, North America, to the sales that have already closed. Where a detail is not in our data, we say so and avoid guessing.

When is the Bon Jovi presale for the United States and Canada?

Our records show the presale on Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 10am local time and general sale on Friday 30 October at 10am. That applies to East Rutherford, Chicago and Foxborough in the United States and to Toronto in Canada. The records do not say which kind of presale it is, so check the announcement for the details. Prepare your accounts and your card before Wednesday, because a queue is not the place to fix a login problem. It is also wise to check your time zone: 10am in New Jersey is 9am in Chicago and 7am in the Pacific zone, although the stadiums on this tour are in the Eastern, Central and Eastern zones, so the local hour is the one that matters.

Has the Bon Jovi presale already happened in the UK and Australia?

Yes. The Australian presale was on Tuesday 20 October 2026 and the British presale on Wednesday 21 October, with general sale in both countries on Friday 23 October. Those windows are closed. The remaining options are returned tickets and any extra seats the seller releases later. Use the alert form on this page to be told when a new window opens. In Sydney the hour was 12pm and in Melbourne 1pm, in line with local time, and London used 10am UK time. If you are watching for returns, check the seller's page in the week of the show and not only at the beginning.

Do I need a code for the Bon Jovi presale?

No code is needed from us, and we do not publish any. Access for a presale normally comes from the artist's list, a card programme, a promoter list or the stadium, and the invitation comes from the organiser. Be cautious with any offer of a code for payment, and use only the seller's own page. Genuine invitations come from the organiser by email or in an app and never from a stranger offering to sell access. If an offer asks for payment in advance, do not follow it. Check the sender's address and the website before you click anything in a message about a sale, and type the seller's address yourself if in doubt.

Where are the Bon Jovi 2027 shows?

Melbourne on 4 March, Sydney on 11 March, London on 24 June, East Rutherford on 15 July, Chicago on 21 July, Foxborough on 28 July and Toronto on 4 August 2027. The date tables on this page show the venues, and the sale for each country follows its own calendar. Each of these is a stadium, so capacity is large and the best seats are priced accordingly. The sale for each country follows its own calendar, and tickets bought in one country are not always valid for transfer to another. A stadium ticket in one country cannot normally be used in another, so make sure you are on the right seller's page for the date you want, and compare the final basket price.
