Iron Maiden Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

Iron Maiden presale timeline: Monday 19 to Friday 23 October 2026

Our records for Seattle and Vancouver show an artist presale on Monday 19 October 2026 at 10am local time, with further presales through the week. General sale opened on Friday 23 October at 10am local time, and the United States note says that presales ran from 19 October. For the festival dates on the tour, the note says tickets are sold by each festival and not through the main sale. Five days is a short window, and the ladder is not documented in detail, so we do not invent the names of the partner presales. What it means for a fan is that the earliest option was the artist list, and everything after that was a second chance. A fan who had registered for the artist list got the first slot, and anyone else could try the later windows or the general sale. Our guides to artist presales and Verified Fan explain how those lists decide who gets in first.

The Iron Maiden presale in the United States: arenas, domes and amphitheatres

The American leg mixes building types. The Tacoma Dome and Moda Center in Portland are indoor arenas. The Toyota Amphitheatre in Wheatland, the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista, the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix and Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas are open-air amphitheatres, with seated and lawn areas. Tampa follows in early May. The type of venue changes the buying decision. In an arena, the seat map is a bowl around the stage. In an amphitheatre, the pavilion seats under a roof are the most expensive, and the lawn is the cheapest, with a view from a slope. Rain and heat matter for lawn tickets, and the rules about chairs and blankets vary. Our US presale guide explains the platform and limits, and the dynamic pricing guide describes why the price of the same section can change.

Canadian Iron Maiden presale: Vancouver on 16 April

Canada has one date: Rogers Arena in Vancouver on 16 April 2027, two days after the opening show in Tacoma. Our record shows the artist presale on Monday 19 October at 10am local time with further presales that week, and the Canadian note says presales were completed from 19 October, with general sale on 23 October at 10am local time. For a fan in western Canada, Vancouver and Tacoma are within a day's travel, so the choice between them depends on price and the border. Tacoma is in Washington state, a few hours south by road, and the border crossing can add time on a show day. Check the passport rules, and the exchange rate on the ticket price. Our Canadian presale guide describes the Canadian system, and the resale rules page shows how each country handles transfers.

What the 2027 break means for an Iron Maiden presale outside North America

Outside North America, our data shows no Iron Maiden dates for 2027, because the band is not touring elsewhere that year. That is different from not having announced them yet. In 2027 Iron Maiden only play North America (16 dates in April and May), then take a break. We do not predict dates, and we recommend waiting for an official announcement. When a tour is announced, the sale will normally follow a standard sequence, with a fan or artist presale and then general sale. For the next announcement, the best preparation is to be on the artist's list in your country, to have a seller account and to keep your details up to date. Our pages on Germany, the UK and Spain explain what to expect in a few of the main European markets, in case a date is added in future.

Metal audiences and the Iron Maiden presale: what tends to happen

Metal audiences are loyal and organised. Many fans buy for several dates, travel for shows and follow fan communities that share official information. That makes the artist list one of the most valuable routes into a sale. It also means that a sale tends to be fast, with the best seats going in the first minutes. For you, the lesson is to decide your target in advance. If you want a pavilion seat in an amphitheatre or a lower-bowl seat in an arena, aim for the earliest window and be ready to compromise on the date. If you are happy with the lawn or the upper tier, the later windows and general sale are usually enough. Group bookings are common, so plan who pays and how many tickets you need before you enter the queue. The queue guide explains how a waiting room works.

After the Iron Maiden presale: how to look for returns

Once the main sales end, a fan who missed out can still try the primary seller. Seats come back when groups cancel, when production holds are released and when stage plans are finalised. For amphitheatres, the release of extra lawn or pavilion tickets close to the show is common. These are not announced in advance, so it is worth checking the seller's page at quiet times, such as weekday mornings. If you consider buying from another fan, check the rules in your state or province first. Some places limit the price, some require a name change through the seller and some leave it to the platform. We describe them neutrally on our resale rules page. Nothing on this page unlocks a window: access stays with the official sender. The alert form on this page will tell you the date, the local time and the platform for any new window.

Amphitheatre tickets and the Iron Maiden presale: pavilion, lawn and parking

Five of the American venues are amphitheatres, and the ticket types there are less familiar to many buyers than arena seats. The pavilion is the covered, fixed-seat area close to the stage and the roof. The lawn is a grass slope behind it, where you sit or stand on your own blanket or chair, as the venue allows. Some amphitheatres also sell pit or floor tickets close to the stage. The best choice depends on your priorities: view, shelter, price and comfort. Parking and entry are also different. Many amphitheatres are outside city centres and depend on large parking areas, which can charge a fee and take a long time to empty after the show. Public transport is limited. Check the venue's transport information as soon as it is published, and arrive early to avoid queues at the gates. Alcohol, bags and outside food are governed by the venue's policy, which is on the seller's page and the venue's website. For fans who care about the weather, a pavilion seat offers shelter from rain but not from heat, and the lawn offers neither. Spring dates in the Pacific Northwest and the desert Southwest can be very different in temperature, even when the shows are a week apart. Dress for the place, and check the forecast on the day.

Prices, fees and the Iron Maiden presale checkout

A metal tour with pavilion, lawn and floor tickets will show a wide range of prices. Our records do not include the face values, so we do not quote any. When you see a price at checkout, look for three things: the ticket price, the service fee and any facility charge. Some sellers show the all-in price from the start and others add fees at the final step, so compare the total before you commit. Dynamic pricing may apply to some sections, which means that the same seat can cost more when demand is high. If you notice a price change during a sale, take a screenshot and read the seller's explanation. Our dynamic pricing guide describes how it works and what you can do about it. And keep in mind that a presale does not always offer lower prices than general sale; its advantage is access and choice, not discount. If you pay by card, check that the issuer does not block the transaction as unusual. A quick message to your bank before the sale can prevent a decline.

Iron Maiden presale FAQ

Because the band is touring only in North America in 2027, most questions are about what is left and what might come next. The answers below use the October 2026 data in our records and say plainly when something is not documented. For general rules on queues, limits and refunds that apply to any artist, our presale FAQ goes into more depth. Treat these answers as a snapshot and check the seller's page for your date before you act. That includes the question of whether other regions will get dates. We have kept the answers to what the data supports and avoided any prediction about future announcements, because a wrong date costs a fan more than a missing one.

When was the Iron Maiden presale for the 2027 North American tour?

The artist presale began on Monday 19 October 2026 at 10am local time, with further presales during the week, and general sale opened on Friday 23 October at 10am local time. Those windows have passed. If you missed them, check the seller's page for returns and watch for later releases. The presale ran in parallel with other windows during the week, but we do not hold the names of the partners, so we do not list them. If you want the earliest access in future, join the artist list for your country before an announcement, and keep your seller accounts in good order.

Is there an Iron Maiden presale for Europe in 2027?

Not in our data. The band is on a break from touring outside North America in 2027, and we do not predict any date. If an official announcement appears, the alert form on this page will tell you the date, the local time and the platform. A pause does not rule out a later announcement, but it does mean that today there is nothing to buy and nothing to join. Be wary of ticket listings for European or Australian dates in 2027, because without an official announcement they do not relate to a confirmed show. In the meantime, watch the artist's channels, and treat any "European tour" listing as unconfirmed until it comes from the band or an official seller.

Do I need a code for the Iron Maiden presale?

We hold no codes for Iron Maiden and none is required from us. Access comes from the artist's list or the partner that runs the window. If anyone offers a code for payment, be cautious and use only the seller's page. Genuine presale invitations come from the artist's list, the venue or the seller and lead to an official page. They do not ask for payment from a third party, and a message that does is not an official route to a ticket. If you are on the artist list, the official email will arrive before the window opens, and it will take you to the seller's own page.

Where are the Iron Maiden festival dates sold?

Our record says that festival dates are sold through each festival and not through the main tour sale. Check the festival's own ticket page for the rules and the price. Festival tickets usually have different tiers, camping options and age rules, and the festival may release them in phases. If a festival date matters to you, compare it with the nearest standalone show before you decide, and read the festival's own terms for refunds and transfers. Our data does not list the festivals, so check the lineup and ticket page of the festival you are interested in. Festival terms for refunds and transfers belong to the festival, not to the tour.
