Artist presale guide
Jack Johnson Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country
The Jack Johnson presale story for 2027 is really two stories that happened months apart. In July 2026 the SURFILMUSIC Tour went on sale in South America, where bank presales came first: Itaú for São Paulo on 7 July and BBVA for Buenos Aires on 13 July, each followed within two days by general sale. Then, on 19 October 2026, a round of artist and partner presales opened in selected European markets, and general sale followed on 22 October in Paris and 23 October in Munich, Brussels, Amsterdam and the UK. By the time you read this, every dated step we hold has already passed, so this page is about understanding what happened and what remains possible.
The route itself is unusually varied. Buenos Aires has Movistar Arena on 5 February 2027 and São Paulo has Nubank Parque on 20 February. After a four-month gap come summer dates: Tollwood Festival in Munich and the Citadel Music Festival at Zitadelle Spandau in Berlin on 23 and 24 June, Forest National in Brussels, Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, L'Olympia in Paris, two Eden Sessions nights in St Austell and The O2 in London on 4 July, BARTS in Barcelona and Ageas Cooljazz in Cascais. Because arenas, theatres and festival grounds sell in different ways, we have organised this guide around each type of venue instead of marching country by country.

How the Jack Johnson presale worked in South America
The two South American dates are the clearest example of how a bank-led presale behaves. For São Paulo, the Itaú presale ran on 7 July 2026, two days before public sale on 9 July. For Buenos Aires, a BBVA presale came on 13 July and general sale on 14 July. In both cases the presale was reserved for customers of the named bank, usually with a card-number check at checkout, and the quota of tickets was limited in the same way as a normal sale. If you were not a customer, the practical lesson is that the real gap between the presale and the general sale was a single day in Argentina, so the main advantage of the card was not time but priority in a queue. Both sales were handled through the official ticketing partner of the venue, and fans who need tickets now should begin with that partner's event page for Movistar Arena or Nubank Parque.

The Jack Johnson presale for the European weeks of October
For the European dates, our records show presales from Monday 19 October 2026 in select markets, described as artist and partner presales, before general sale on 22 October for Paris and 23 October for Munich and London. The UK sale opened at 9am UK time on Friday 23 October. That sequence gives four days between first access and public sale, which is a typical length. The detail that matters is the phrase select markets: not every country received the same presale on the same day, so a fan in Belgium might have been given access to a different step than a fan in Germany. We do not hold the name of the partner programmes, and we will not guess them. If you registered with the artist mailing list in advance, the confirmation email from that week is the best record of which route you were offered and at what hour.
Festival grounds and the Jack Johnson presale: Munich, Berlin and Cascais
Three of the European stops are inside festivals rather than standalone concerts. Tollwood in Munich, the Citadel Music Festival in Berlin and Ageas Cooljazz in Cascais each sell through their own festival structure, which means that the ticket category, the seating or standing layout and the refund policy come from the festival, not from the artist. That has two consequences. First, a presale might exist for the festival's newsletter subscribers as well as for the artist's fans. Second, the date of general sale shown in our data applies to Jack Johnson's show but the festival may release other days at different moments. If you intend to attend more than one act in a festival, read the day pass rules carefully, since some festivals sell single-show tickets and day tickets side by side, and the price can differ noticeably. Keep the festival confirmation email, because entry is often scanned from a code that the organiser sends separately from any receipt.

Eden Sessions and The O2: the Jack Johnson presale in the UK
St Austell hosts two Eden Sessions nights on 2 and 3 July 2027 and London follows on 4 July at The O2. The UK part of our record notes that general sale opened on Friday 23 October 2026 at 9am through Ticketmaster and the official outlets for each venue. The Eden Project concerts are outdoors in a botanic garden setting, with a capacity far smaller than an arena, and they have a long tradition of selling quickly to local fans and holidaymakers who plan a summer trip around them. For the O2 show, an O2 customer presale is a common feature of the arena, but we have no confirmation that it applied here, so we do not claim it. UK buying rules also include the Ticketmaster queue and the order of tickets in a basket, which holds for a few minutes, so decide the quantity before the page loads. Visitors from outside Cornwall should also look at the transport and accommodation situation early, because rooms near a garden venue fill when the date is announced.
Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris: the Jack Johnson presale in indoor halls
Forest National in Brussels on 26 June, Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on 27 June and L'Olympia in Paris on 28 June form a compact three-night run. In the data, Paris general sale was on Thursday 22 October, one day before the other European cities, which is an easy detail to miss when you are following a single announcement. Venue and ticketing company differ: the Dutch hall typically uses its own platform and Ticketmaster, the Belgian one commonly uses its own box office and large national platforms, and the Parisian theatre normally sells through French retailers and the venue site. If you want to compare prices, keep in mind that each venue sets its own service fees, and that the final amount appears only at the last step of checkout. Compare the total and not the headline price. Check also whether the ticket is seated or standing, as the same hall can be laid out in several ways depending on the production.

Barcelona and Portugal: the Jack Johnson presale in the south
The southern dates are Barcelona at BARTS on 12 July and Cascais at Ageas Cooljazz on 15 July. Our data for Europe says tickets were on sale since 23 October through the official outlets, but offers no details for Spain and Portugal specifically. Both countries commonly use a mix of national platforms and the festival or venue site, and some festivals offer a limited number of early-bird tickets that are cheaper than the standard price and sell out first. If you missed that opening, the useful move is to check the festival's own page for later ticket phases and for day-specific pricing. Travelling fans should also remember that outdoor summer concerts in southern Europe usually start late in the evening, so trains and flights home should be booked with that in mind. Check the currency and the name of the seller on the checkout page, since Spanish and Portuguese festivals sometimes use separate ticket partners for international buyers.
What happens after the first Jack Johnson presale weekend
When the opening rush is over, tickets do not simply vanish; they move through three channels. The primary seller sometimes releases extra seats as production holds are cleared, usually in the final weeks before a concert. Fans who cannot attend return tickets, either to the box office or to the official resale function if the platform has one. And regulated resale marketplaces list tickets at prices set by the seller, subject to local rules, which vary: the UK has specific obligations for resale platforms, France and Belgium cap prices in some circumstances, and Germany and Spain allow more flexibility. Check the terms shown at the point of sale in your country. For a summer 2027 event, the quiet period between January and April is when many fans find tickets returned, so the alert form on this page is worth keeping active. Never pay a seller who asks for a bank transfer outside the platform, and always keep the order confirmation in case a ticket needs to be transferred to a friend.

Jack Johnson presale FAQ
The questions below are the ones most likely to come from fans who discovered the tour after the first sales. They reflect only the dates in our records, which were last refreshed in the final days of October 2026, and they do not describe seat prices because we do not hold verified figures. Where a point depends on the local seller, we say so rather than fill the gap. The official ticketing page for each venue always has the final word on availability, ticket limits and entry conditions, and it is the place to check before you pay for anything. Because several of these shows sit in festivals or outdoor gardens, weather and site rules can also matter, and we mention them where they affect ticket decisions. Most answers are about sequence and rules, which stay useful even when exact figures are missing. If anything here conflicts with a message from the official seller, follow the seller.
Can I still use a Jack Johnson presale for the European dates?
According to our records, the European presales began on 19 October 2026 and general sale followed on 22 and 23 October, so the presale step is closed for the dates we hold. What may remain is whatever the official sellers list in each city, and new tickets sometimes appear later when holds are released. Look at the venue's own page, then at the national ticketing partner, and check more than one date if you can travel. Do not pay for access to a presale that has ended; if someone offers you one, treat it as a sign that something is wrong. Our alert form can tell you when new sales or releases are reported. If you hold a ticket for another city and want to swap dates, the venue's exchange policy is the first thing to read, since most do not allow changes between cities. The same logic applies to any extra date that might be added later.
Was there a Jack Johnson presale for Latin American fans?
Yes. The data shows a bank presale with Itaú for São Paulo on 7 July 2026 and with BBVA for Buenos Aires on 13 July 2026, followed by general sale on 9 and 14 July. Those programmes were designed for the banks' cardholders, so eligibility depended on holding the right card and not on being a long-term fan. Today, both shows are past that stage, and tickets would come from the venue's official partner or from regulated resale. If you are buying from outside Argentina or Brazil, check whether the platform accepts foreign cards and whether the name on the ticket must match your passport. A reminder that a presale ticket is not different from a general ticket once it is issued, so no extra paperwork travels with it. Fans resident in either country should also check whether the bank still runs ticket promotions for later releases, which sometimes happen for added shows or special sections of the stadium.
How does a Jack Johnson presale differ for a festival date?
At a festival, the organiser rather than the artist usually controls the ticket, the schedule and the refund rules. That means a Jack Johnson presale for Munich, Berlin or Cascais may be tied to the festival's own subscribers, and the festival may also run its own price tiers. Read whether a ticket is for a single show or for a whole day, whether children need their own ticket, and whether re-entry is permitted. The date of general sale in our data applies to the Johnson concert, but other festival days could be released separately, so do not assume a missed date means a missed festival. If the festival is cashless or uses wristbands, the ticket may be exchanged on arrival for a band, so arrive with identification and time to spare. Festival terms also frequently set age limits, bag rules and policies on professional cameras, which can change what you are allowed to bring to the show.
Where do I find the Jack Johnson presale time in my time zone?
The only reliable source is the official announcement, which states the opening time in the local time of the venue city. Our data shows the UK sale at 9am UK time and the Argentine and Brazilian sales on specific dates but without hours. Convert the time from the city, not the country, and double check whether daylight saving applies on the date of sale, since in late October the clocks change in Europe. A common slip is to calculate from the wrong week. Set two reminders, and be signed in with payment details stored a few minutes before opening. Remember that platforms often count from the moment the queue opens, not the moment the sale begins, so being early in the waiting room is more useful than being fast with a refresh. Time zones also matter for payment: some banks send a verification code that expires in a few minutes, so keep your phone close and charged before the sale opens.
