Chase & Status Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country
The Chase & Status presale for the Generic Everything Live World Tour is a good case study in how an album and a tour can share one release schedule. According to the sales information in our records, the early window ran on 23 and 24 September 2026 and combined an album pre-order route with partner presales, and the general sale opened on Friday 25 September at 10am local time through Ticketmaster and Live Nation. A second London night at The O2 was added on 28 September, after the first date drew heavy demand. The whole route is currently a European and British run: Łódź, Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris in February, then Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and two nights in London from 18 March to 3 April 2027.
Despite the "world tour" label, the dates in our data are all on one side of the Atlantic, which is a reminder that tour names can be broader than the route. This page is organised by the type of access rather than by the calendar: first the album route, then partner presales, then the general sale, then the extra London night and finally the resale and returns that follow. We describe what is documented, state what is not, and avoid any promise of access. We never publish codes, and a real early window is announced on official channels. The first night in Łódź on 18 February and the last London night on 3 April are about six weeks apart, which gives the whole run a long tail for returns.

Chase & Status presale through the album pre-order route
The most distinctive element of this tour's sales is the album link. The record for Prague and Glasgow says that the presale on 23 and 24 September included an album pre-order, meaning that buying or reserving the record through an official store opened a door to the early ticket window. This is a common mechanism in modern touring, and it works as follows: you complete a purchase, receive a message from the sender, and use a personal link at the stated time. The link is for one person and is not meant to be shared or sold. For fans who skipped the pre-order, the lesson is about timing. Album-linked windows usually open and close within a day or two, and they are not repeated for the same dates. If a later phase appears, the announcement will state its mechanism clearly. Meanwhile, keep in mind that the delivery of the album itself might be separate from the access message, and that the terms of each online store differ. Our album presale explainer describes how these windows are normally structured and which questions to ask before paying.

Partner and Live Nation windows in the Chase & Status presale
The same entry in our data lists "partner presales" together with the album route and names Ticketmaster and Live Nation as the sellers. Partner windows are usually run by a company that has an arrangement with the promoter, such as a mobile operator, a bank or a venue, and they require you to be a customer or member. The data does not say which partners applied to this tour, so we cannot name any, and it would be wrong to guess. What matters is that such windows are part of the pre-sale ladder and are announced on the sponsor's own pages. If you are a customer of a company that regularly offers ticket perks, the correct move is to look at the offer section of your account in the days before a release and to read the terms. If you are not, you are not excluded from the tour, only from that early hour. Live Nation's own presale membership, where one exists in a country, is another route, and again the details differ by market. Consult the promoter presale explainer to see how these programmes work in general.

The 25 September general sale and how the Chase & Status presale queue behaved
The public release took place on Friday 25 September 2026 at 10am local time via Ticketmaster and Live Nation, and the UK and Ireland entry confirms the same date with Ticketmaster and the official venue outlets. At 10am local time, Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France were on the same clock, while Britain was an hour behind. A fan in Glasgow who wanted a Paris ticket needed to be in the queue at 9am by their own watch. Because the early window had already taken a substantial share of the stock, the public sale was a smaller prize than many expected. That is not unusual for an artist with a loyal audience, and it explains why the O2 added a second night within three days. If you did not get through in September, think of the situation in terms of inventory, not of rank: seats remain in the system for months, and each cancellation, held block or new date adds some. The presale queue explainer describes the waiting-room behaviour in detail.

Continental February dates: Chase & Status presale in Poland, Czechia, Germany and Benelux
The February stretch starts at the Atlas Arena in Łódź on 18 February, with Prague's Sportovní hala Fortuna on 19 February, Berlin's Velodrom on 20 February, AFAS Live in Amsterdam on 25 February and the ING Arena in Brussels on 26 February. These are all arena-class rooms, but the capacity varies widely, from the compact AFAS Live to the much larger Łódź hall. In Poland tickets are normally sold through Eventim.pl or the arena, in Czechia through Ticketmaster or Ticketportal, in Germany through Eventim, and in the Netherlands and Belgium through Ticketmaster. Check each country's page for the language and the payment methods. The Czech entry in our records says that Prague's presale took place on 23 and 24 September, which tells you that even a smaller market followed the same ladder as the British arenas. If one of these dates is sold out, the neighbouring one may not be, and Berlin and Łódź are within reach of each other. Our German presale guide and Dutch presale guide include notes on fees and personalised tickets.
Paris and the British arenas: Chase & Status presale for the final act
The Zénith Paris – La Villette closes the continental leg on 28 February, and the British run begins on 18 March in Glasgow, followed by Manchester's Co-op Live on 19 March, Birmingham's Utilita Arena on 26 March and The O2 in London on 2 and 3 April. Parisian demand includes visitors from the UK and Belgium, and the Zénith has a standing floor with seated tiers, so the two ticket categories sell at different speeds. French buyers use Ticketmaster France, Fnac Spectacles or the Zénith's own site. In Britain, Ticketmaster and the venue sites are the primary sellers, and each arena offers a fan-to-fan exchange that reissues the barcode. The O2's pair of nights make it the best place to find returns, simply because there are two events and many fans change their minds between them. When you search for a Chase & Status presale in London, look for each night separately, since the system may show different blocks. The UK presale guide and the French presale guide cover queue behaviour and resale.
Managing returns and resale after the Chase & Status presale
Once the main sale is over, the market moves into a different phase. Returns appear as production holds are released and as fans cancel, and verified resale listings build up in the weeks before each show. The best strategy is to check at the same time every day, to keep your payment details saved and to avoid paying for a listing that does not show a section and row. Some platforms cap resale at the original price, some allow a mark-up, and the rules in each country are evolving, so read the platform terms before you sell or buy. If you must sell your own ticket, use the official exchange, set the price at face value and be ready to complete the transfer promptly. If you are buying, ask whether the ticket is transferred electronically and whether the platform offers a guarantee. For a tour with a second night added after the main sale, there is also a chance that further production seats are released when the stage design is finalised, which is another reason to keep looking until the week of the show. The resale rules explainer gives the general principles.

Chase & Status presale FAQ
Chase & Status released their dates alongside an album, which makes this a different kind of sale from a plain mailing-list presale: the 23 and 24 September 2026 window combined an album pre-order and partner presales, and the public sale followed at 10am local time on Friday 25 September. The answers below stay with that record, including the second London night added on 28 September, and they avoid quoting prices or partner names that the announcements did not give. They contain no access links, because a genuine early window was personal to the buyer and has now closed. Read them as a starting point only.
Does the Chase & Status presale require an album pre-order?
For the September window, the record says that access was linked to an album pre-order and to partner presales. That window ran on 23 and 24 September 2026 and has finished, so no pre-order is needed to buy today. If a new window opens for additional dates, the mechanism will be announced again. Be cautious about any website that claims to sell access to a closed presale, since the personal link sent by the official seller cannot be transferred and is useless after the window has ended. Prague and Glasgow are the two entries where the album route is named explicitly, so those are the cities where it is best documented.
When was the Chase & Status presale general sale?
The general sale opened on Friday 25 September 2026 at 10am local time, via Ticketmaster and Live Nation for the continental dates and via Ticketmaster and the venues in the UK and Ireland. A second London night at The O2 was added on 28 September, which means that it was released after the main sale and had its own opening. If you are checking the status now, look for each date on the venue page rather than on a general tour page, because the second night may have different stock. Because Glasgow is an hour behind Prague, Berlin and Paris, a fan in Scotland who wanted a continental ticket needed to be in the queue at 9am.
Are there Chase & Status presale dates outside Europe?
Not in the data we hold. The tour is called a world tour, but the confirmed dates are in Poland, Czechia, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Britain between February and April 2027. If a date in another region is announced, it will have its own presale ladder and its own platform. Until then, do not buy anything that claims to be a ticket for a date that has not been officially announced, because there is no way to verify it. The farthest-flung stop is Łódź on 18 February, and the western limit of the route is Glasgow on 18 March. Check the date list.
How can I find Chase & Status presale returns for London?
Start with the O2's own website and the Ticketmaster page for each of the two nights. Check both in the morning and in the late evening, and look at the verified resale section as well as the primary inventory. Returns often follow a payment deadline or a group cancellation, which means that they can appear a few weeks before the show. Turn on the alert form on this page, and be ready to buy within a minute, because pairs of seats go fast. The second night was added three days after the first release, so its stock is separate and may behave differently from the first night's.
Is the Chase & Status presale ticket name-bound?
Our records do not say that the tickets are named, but practice differs by venue and country. Some arenas deliver tickets to the account of the buyer and allow transfers in the app, and some European venues check identification. Read the delivery terms in your confirmation, and if the ticket is for a gift, transfer it through the official tool in good time. Avoid sending screenshots, since a copied barcode can be used by someone else before the real owner arrives. Arenas such as the Velodrom in Berlin and the ING Arena in Brussels may follow local practice on identification. Confirm at the door.
