Craig David Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

The Craig David presale is not a distant event, because in Australia it starts almost immediately: according to the sales information we hold, the Frontier Member and artist presales open on Monday 26 October 2026 from 12pm local time and run for 24 hours, with the general sale following on Wednesday 28 October at 2pm local time. The tour that these sales belong to has two quite separate halves. In May 2027 there is a short run of five shows in Brighton, Birmingham, Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels from 9 to 15 May, and then five dates in Australia from 22 to 29 May, in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth.

That timing makes this page more of a countdown than most. We start from the days that are still ahead, Monday and Wednesday, and then move backwards through what has already happened in Britain and Europe, where the pre-sale took place on 30 September and 1 October and the general sale opened on Friday 2 October. The tour's name in our data, "UK & Ireland tour", is misleading because the list has no Irish date and includes the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Australia, so we describe the real dates. We never publish codes, and no guide can promise a ticket, but a good plan makes the difference.

Monday 26 October: the Craig David presale in Australia

The first window is the one that is still ahead. Our Australia and New Zealand record says that the presale is on Monday 26 October 2026 from 12pm local time, for 24 hours, and that it covers Frontier Member and artist presales. Frontier is the promoter, and membership of its mailing list or club is the route to one of the two early windows, while the artist presale is tied to the artist's own list. In both cases the access arrives as an email with a personal link, and you should check that your address is correct and that the message has not gone to a spam folder. The phrase "12pm local time" means different clocks in different cities. Brisbane does not use daylight saving, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide do, and Perth sits several hours behind the east coast, so a fan in Perth who wants a Sydney ticket should convert carefully. Write down the hour in your own time zone, set two alarms and log in at least ten minutes early. The window lasts 24 hours, which is long enough to avoid panic but short enough that the best seats will not wait. See our promoter presale explainer for how this kind of window normally works.

Wednesday 28 October: general sale and the Craig David presale platforms

The public release follows two days later, on Wednesday 28 October at 2pm local time. Our record lists the platforms by city: Ticketmaster for Brisbane and Perth, Ticketek for Sydney and Adelaide, and AXS for Melbourne. This split is common in Australia, where venues have exclusive arrangements with one agent, and a fan who tries to buy a Melbourne ticket on Ticketek will not find it. Before the sale, create an account with each of the three agents you might need, test the password and save a payment card. Because the three agents have different queue systems, practise on whichever one you find most confusing. Ticketek and Ticketmaster usually use a waiting room, while AXS has its own rules for ticket limits and delivery. Check the limit for each date, which may be four or six tickets, and decide how many you really need. If the Craig David presale on Monday gives you a good seat, there is no reason to wait for Wednesday; if you miss it, Wednesday is the last big chance, and the plan should be the same, only with an earlier internal deadline for decisions.

Five Australian cities: choosing your Craig David presale date

The Australian dates are Brisbane's Fortitude Music Hall on 22 May, Sydney's TikTok Entertainment Centre on 23 May, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre on 26 May, Melbourne's Margaret Court Arena on 28 May and the Perth HPC on 29 May. They vary in size, from a theatre in Adelaide to a much larger arena in Sydney, and capacity affects how quickly tickets go. The smallest rooms are the first to disappear, and a theatre-style date with a fixed seating map can be sold out in minutes. Decide your preferences in advance: which city, which price band and how far you are willing to travel. If you live in Victoria, Margaret Court Arena is the natural choice, but a fan in Canberra might compare Sydney and Melbourne by transport cost. Several Australian states cap resale prices, so if you plan to sell a ticket you cannot use, check the rules and the platform's own exchange. The Australian presale guide sets out the usual agents, the ticket limits and the habits of the market.

Britain and Europe: the Craig David presale that has already ended

For the European half of the tour, the sequence is complete. The pre-sale took place on 30 September and 1 October 2026, and the general sale opened on Friday 2 October via Ticketmaster and the official outlets for each venue. The dates are the Brighton Centre on 9 May, Utilita Arena Birmingham on 10 May, AFAS Live in Amsterdam on 12 May, the Zénith Paris – La Villette on 13 May and Forest National in Brussels on 15 May. All are mid-size to large halls, and the Brighton Centre in particular has a seaside audience that books quickly. If you are still looking for a ticket in this part of the tour, the options are returns, verified resale and the venue's own box office. Check the Ticketmaster page of the venue in the evening, when overnight orders expire, and look at the exchange on the same platform. In France and Belgium, agents such as Fnac Spectacles and the venue sites may list different blocks. Our UK presale guide, French presale guide and Dutch presale guide describe these agents.

Craig David presale tactics for a 24-hour window

A 24-hour presale changes the psychology of the queue. There is no single moment when everyone arrives, so waiting rooms are shorter, but the choice of seats narrows steadily as the day passes. The best method is to buy early in the window, not at the end. Open the link at the start, pick your date and category in advance, and be prepared to accept a good seat rather than the best one. If you are buying for several people, make sure that everyone has agreed on the date before the clock starts. On the technical side, use one device and one browser, keep your payment details saved and avoid VPNs, which some agents block. If the page returns an error, wait a minute rather than refreshing repeatedly, and check your email for a confirmation before trying again. When the order succeeds, take a screenshot and download the tickets to your wallet. If the window passes without success, you still have Wednesday's general sale, and you can reduce the pressure by deciding in advance which city you would accept as a fallback.

After the sales: Craig David presale returns and resale

Once the main sales have closed, the next stage is quiet but valuable. Tickets are released back from cancelled orders and from production holds, and platforms show them in small batches. Check your chosen date at the same time each day. In Australia the primary agents operate official resale services, and several states have rules that limit the price of resale to face value plus a small margin, so the exchange route is usually the safest. In the UK, Ticketmaster's exchange reissues the barcode. If you buy elsewhere, check that the listing names the section, row and seat, and ask how the ticket will be transferred. Avoid payment methods that cannot be reversed, and be careful about messages from strangers who say they have a spare ticket. The best protection is the official transfer within the same system. For more on how different countries treat resale, see the resale rules explainer, and use the alert form on this page if you want a note when the next phase opens.

Flights, hotels and the Craig David presale for a May trip

If you plan to travel to a show, remember that late May is a busy period. In Europe the five dates fall in a single week, Brighton on a Sunday, Birmingham on Monday, Amsterdam on Wednesday, Paris on Thursday and Brussels on Saturday, which makes a mini-tour of the continent possible, while in Australia the shows fall on a Saturday in Brisbane, a Sunday in Sydney, a Wednesday in Adelaide, a Friday in Melbourne and a Saturday in Perth. Weekend shows will be the most expensive for accommodation and transport, so a midweek date is worth a look if your calendar allows. Brighton is the first date on 9 May and Perth the last on 29 May, so the whole run covers three weeks.

Buy the ticket first and the travel second unless the fare is fully refundable. Hotels near arenas fill quickly when a major event is on, and some cities, such as Melbourne and Sydney, host other events in the same week. Check that your trip does not overlap with a school holiday, which can push prices up. If you are crossing a border, make sure that your passport and any visa or electronic authorisation are valid, and carry a copy of your ticket and your accommodation booking in case a question arises at entry. For Australia, the Sydney show on 23 May is at the TikTok Entertainment Centre and the Perth show on 29 May at the Perth HPC, so allow time to cross the country between them.

Craig David presale FAQ

Craig David's May 2027 shows are sold in two completely different ways: a presale and general sale that are still ahead for Australia, on Monday 26 and Wednesday 28 October 2026, and a sequence that has already finished in Britain and Europe, where the pre-sale took place on 30 September and 1 October and general sale opened on 2 October. The replies below follow those dated entries, name the agents for each Australian city and quote no prices, because none appear in our records. They also contain no access links, since the Frontier Member and artist links arrive by email. Britain's two dates are in Brighton and Birmingham.

When is the Craig David presale in Australia?

The record says Monday 26 October 2026 from 12pm local time, for 24 hours, for Frontier Member and artist presales, ahead of the general sale on Wednesday 28 October at 2pm local time. Because Australian cities use different clocks, convert the hour for your own city before the start. Access is by personal link to members and subscribers, so check your inbox on Monday morning and make sure that you have joined the relevant list before the window opens. The window closes about noon on Tuesday 27 October local time, which leaves less than a day and a half before the Wednesday sale. Frontier Member and artist presales share this one window.

Which agent sells the Craig David presale tickets in each city?

For the general sale, Ticketmaster is named for Brisbane and Perth, Ticketek for Sydney and Adelaide, and AXS for Melbourne. For the presale, the link will take you to the agent that serves your city, and you should use only that link. In Britain and Europe, Ticketmaster and the official outlets of each venue are named. Create the accounts you need in advance, because registration during a sale is slow and can lose you a place. Remember that Melbourne is the only city on AXS, so a Margaret Court Arena ticket will not appear on the other two sites. Sydney and Adelaide buyers use Ticketek.

Is the Craig David presale tour really a UK and Ireland tour?

No. The label in our data says so, but the dates listed are in England, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Australia, and there is no date in Ireland. We think the label comes from the first announcement, which covered the British sales. Always check the date list, not the title, before you plan travel, and read the venue's own page to confirm the date, the city and the platform. If you are looking for an Irish show, none appears in the data. The Brighton and Birmingham dates are the only ones in Britain, on 9 and 10 May. The same applies to Amsterdam, Paris and Brussels, which are not in Britain or Ireland.

What if I miss the Craig David presale window?

You have the general sale on Wednesday 28 October at 2pm local time for Australia, and for the European dates the general sale has already taken place, so you would use returns and resale. In both cases, prepare your accounts and check the venue pages daily. A missed presale is not the end, but it does mean that the best seats may be gone, so decide in advance how flexible you can be on seat type, date and city. The Adelaide show is in the Entertainment Centre's theatre room on 26 May, which is smaller than the arena rooms in Sydney and Melbourne. Perth's show is on 29 May, three days after Adelaide.

Does the Craig David presale limit how many tickets I can buy?

Our records do not state a limit for these dates, and limits differ by agent, date and ticket type. In Australia, four to six tickets per order is common for arena shows, and a theatre may set a lower figure. The limit is usually shown on the event page and enforced at checkout, and orders that exceed it can be cancelled without notice. Decide in advance how many seats you need, and do not buy extra tickets with the aim of selling them, because the platform terms may forbid it. In Australia the Frontier Member window and the artist window may carry different limits from the general sale, so read each page separately.
