Hear'Say Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country
The Hear'Say presale for the UK and Ireland tour 2027 is, as far as our network record shows, a very short story: general sale opened on 16 October 2026 through Ticketmaster and the official ticketing outlets for each venue, and no earlier window is recorded. Nine days have passed as we write. That is the period in which a nostalgic pop tour of thirteen arena dates, from Dublin's 3Arena on 17 April 2027 to Liverpool on 9 May, tends to show its true demand: the first weekend clears the best seats, the second week brings returns, and by the third week promoters decide whether to add extra nights. Understanding where you are in that cycle helps decide whether to buy, wait or look elsewhere.
This page is therefore arranged in a different way from the others in our network: it follows the sale's own life cycle instead of the map. We explain what an early window may have looked like even though the record does not show one, then what to expect in weeks two to six, then how the venue-by-venue picture works from Belfast to Liverpool. We do not repeat the tables the template shows, we publish no presale codes, because access comes only through the official channel, and we never present a guess as a fact. Check each ticket page for terms before paying.

Did a Hear'Say presale exist? Reading what the record leaves out
The record is blunt: UK and Ireland, general sale 16 October 2026, Ticketmaster and the official outlets, tickets on sale now. It lists no fan club window, no venue presale and no card programme. Two readings are possible. Either the tour was released in a single step, which is common for an act whose audience is spread widely and whose promoter wants a clean public launch, or early windows existed but were short, local or announced only to mailing lists, and so never reached the public text we hold. We have no way to tell which is true, and we do not pretend to.
The useful lesson for a fan is to treat the absence of evidence as a prompt to join lists, not as proof that lists are pointless. Venue mailing lists in particular often send a notice an hour or two before the public sale, and they are free. If you want to understand what such windows usually look like, our venue presale guide and promoter presale guide describe the common models. Meanwhile, the question for anyone who has not yet bought is how to find a seat in a sale that is already open, which is what the next sections address.

Weeks two to six: how the Hear'Say presale afterglow works
After the first weekend of a general sale, several things happen at once. Fans who bought too many tickets return some, banks decline a few payments and release held seats, and the promoter or venue reviews the seat map and unlocks blocks that were reserved for production or for sponsors. Each of these events is small, but together they can add hundreds of tickets to a large arena over a few weeks. They tend to appear without announcement, often in the evening or at the weekend, and they sell as soon as someone notices them. None of this is announced by the seller, so the only way to benefit is to look at the right moment.
So the strategy is repeated, light checking. Look at the Ticketmaster page and the venue page at different times of day, and compare the two, because inventory is not always identical. Use the alert form on this page if you want a reminder, and consider a less popular date: a Wednesday in Bournemouth is often easier than a Saturday in London. Our queue guide explains how to behave if you are placed in a waiting room. Be patient, because panic buying on the first resale listing is rarely the best price. Evenings after 8pm and early Sunday mornings are often quiet, which is when returned seats can be found by the fans who happen to look.

Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland: the Hear'Say presale route in the north and west
The tour opens in Dublin at the 3Arena on 17 April, moves to Belfast's The O2 the next day and reaches Glasgow's OVO Hydro on 5 May. Dublin's show is sold through Ticketmaster Ireland, with euro prices and a separate account from the British site, and Belfast uses the UK system with sterling. A fan who lives in Northern Ireland can therefore choose between two countries, two currencies and two sets of consumer rules, and the difference can be material when fees are added at the last step of checkout. Customers who pay by card issued in another currency should expect small conversion fees, which a bank may add.
Glasgow's Hydro is one of the busiest arenas in Britain and often sells quickly, so a Scottish fan who wants a seat should check the page early and often. Our Ireland guide and UK guide explain how prices, fees and transfers differ. For cross-border plans, note that a ticket bought on the Irish site is not interchangeable with a British ticket, and the venue's rules on entry and age are published separately for each show. Keep an eye on ferry and flight times if you travel. Glasgow also has fast rail links with Edinburgh, which makes the Hydro a realistic target for fans from across central Scotland.

England and Wales: Hear'Say presale for Bournemouth, Nottingham, Brighton, Cardiff and beyond
The English and Welsh dates form a long arc: Bournemouth International Centre on 20 April, Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena on 21 April, Brighton Centre on 25 April, Cardiff's Utilita Arena on 28 April, then Birmingham's bp pulse LIVE on 1 May, Leeds' First Direct Arena on 2 May, Newcastle's Utilita Arena on 4 May, London's O2 on 7 May, Manchester's AO Arena on 8 May and Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena on 9 May. Several of these are mid-sized seaside or regional halls, with capacities well below those of the London arena, so some will fill earlier in proportion. For fans with a long journey home, check the last trains from each city, because arena finishes can be close to the final departures.
The practical consequence is that the smaller venues can sell out before the larger ones, even when the larger ones attract more total demand. Compare the seat maps and prices, and think about which you can reach by train. London's O2 has an official resale partner and clear transfer rules, and Manchester and Liverpool arenas have similar tools. Accessible seating is sold through a separate process at every venue. Read the notices of each hall about door times, bag policy and age rules. Our resale rules guide explains the national position on resale limits. It also means that seat quality differs enormously across the tour, so a cheap ticket in a mid-sized hall may have a better view than a mid-priced seat in a huge arena.
Buying for a group or a family: Hear'Say presale practicalities
A nostalgic pop tour often draws groups of friends, mothers and daughters or multi-generational families, and the logistics of buying for six or eight are harder than for two. Most platforms limit the number of tickets per order, commonly to between four and eight, though we do not hold a verified figure for this tour. If your group is larger than the limit, plan two orders by two people from different accounts and ask them to buy in adjacent sections. Decide who will pay, and use a card with purchase protection. Remember that cancellations and refunds are usually available only to the person who made the purchase, so the lead booker carries the risk for the whole group.
Younger fans may need an adult, and some venues have an age rule that requires accompaniment for children below a set age. Check the venue's page before buying. Seated blocks make it easier to keep a group together, while standing areas can be crowded. If one member of the group needs step-free access, contact the venue early. After the purchase, decide how tickets will be shared: through the official app by transfer to each person, or by delivering all of them to the lead booker. Make sure that everyone has the right email address before you start. Good communication within the group avoids the classic problem of two people buying the same seats and then trying to return them.
Preparing for the next Hear'Say presale and any extra dates
When demand is higher than expected, promoters add dates, and added dates often go on sale with little notice. Since the record shows a single-step sale this time, an extra date could follow the same pattern, so the best preparation is to be on the right lists and to be ready. Join the venue newsletters for the arenas you prefer, set up Ticketmaster logins, save your payment details and keep the alert form of this page active. Check the calendar of the network for known windows. A calm approach helps, because rushed decisions in the first minutes often lead to costly mistakes such as choosing the wrong date.
When an announcement arrives, check the exact time, log in a few minutes early, and avoid refreshing the page. If you lose in the queue, do not despair; the second wave of returns can still offer decent seats. Keep your expectations realistic about prices and avoid stretching your budget for a resale ticket on impulse. We cannot promise access to any sale, but we can promise to flag what the record shows and what it does not. See the calendar for upcoming windows across the network. Keep a note of the confirmation in more than one place, such as your email and your phone wallet.

Hear'Say presale FAQ
The following answers rely on the network record as of 25 October 2026. It confirms the sale date of 16 October 2026 and the sellers for the UK and Ireland, and nothing else: no presale, no prices, no ticket limits. We avoid inventing details, and where we describe habits, we mean what is typical, not what is guaranteed for this tour. The venue and the ticket seller are the final authority, and the alert form on this page is the easiest way to be told of changes such as added dates, new windows or venue notices. We never publish or sell presale codes. Where we describe a habit, such as a typical order limit, we explicitly say that it is a habit, and we recommend checking the venue's ticket page for the actual rules that apply to your purchase on the day you buy. Thank you for using the guide.
Was there a Hear'Say presale before 16 October?
Our record does not show one. It says that general sale opened on 16 October 2026 through Ticketmaster and the official ticketing outlets for each venue, and it lists no fan club, venue or card window. That does not prove that no early access existed, only that none was recorded. If you subscribed to a venue or promoter list, check your inbox for any message from that period. For a future tour or an added date, join those lists in advance, and read announcements carefully, since early windows are often mentioned only briefly. Never pay for a code from anyone. Writing down the date and time of your signup can be useful if you need to contact the seller. Keep in mind that mailing lists are usually organised by venue, so you may need several. If someone contacts you offering one, report the message to the platform where you received it.
Which venues host the Hear'Say presale and sale dates?
The record lists thirteen dates: Dublin, Belfast, Bournemouth, Nottingham, Brighton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, London, Manchester and Liverpool, between 17 April and 9 May 2027. Each venue has its own page with live availability, so use that page to check the status of the show you want. The template on this site lists the dates and the venues in a table, so we do not repeat them in full here. Note that Dublin is sold on the Irish Ticketmaster site and the others on the British one, with different currencies and different accounts. Rail connections between several of the English cities are frequent, which allows you to choose a venue by price and time instead of simply by location. Consider a weekday if you can, and remember that the doors usually open ninety minutes before the start. Registering on both sites in advance saves time on the day. Fans in Northern Ireland should check which site the venue links to.
Can I still get Hear'Say presale tickets in London?
There is no presale to join now, since the record shows general sale as open, but tickets may still be available for The O2 on 7 May. Check the venue page and Ticketmaster at different times of day, and look at the official resale tool, where tickets are listed at prices set by sellers, which can be above or below face value. If London is full, consider Birmingham, Brighton or Bournemouth, which are reachable by train. The alert form on this page will tell you if an extra date is added, which is the most useful event for a fan who has not yet bought. Be careful about the section and row, and take a screenshot of the listing before you pay so that you can check later that what you received matches what was advertised. Added shows are sometimes announced a few weeks after the first sale, once the demand is clear.
Is a Hear'Say presale ticket cheaper than general sale?
Generally no. A presale, where one exists, offers earlier access, not a lower face value, so the same seat costs the same in both windows, apart from fees and any dynamic pricing the seller uses. Our record does not give prices for this tour, so we do not quote any. The way to compare is to look at the final total on the last screen before payment and to check the section. Beware of listings that show a very low price without fees, because the fee may be added at the end. Our dynamic pricing explainer covers the topic in more detail. Check that the number of tickets and the section on the last screen are what you intended. If a promotion applies, it will usually be shown there as a separate line. Keep your receipt until after the show. Fees and seat categories are the two places where small differences add up, so look at both.
