John Summit Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

The John Summit presale for the Europe CTRL ESCAPE Arena Tour was a textbook example of a stacked presale, in which five different groups of fans were let in one after another over roughly fifty hours. According to the sale information we track, an artist presale that required registration opened on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 10am local time, followed the same day by a Mastercard window in Poland, then a Ticketmaster or Live Nation window and a Spotify window on Thursday 8 October, and finally the general sale on Friday 9 October at noon. The eight shows run from Warsaw on 11 February 2027 to London's O2 on 27 February.

Because that ladder is already finished, this page uses it as a model. We go through it hour by hour, explain what each rung means, then look at how the same eight cities handle named tickets, queue behaviour and returns in the weeks after a sale. If you missed the first rungs, the open sale has now been running for more than two weeks, and some rooms will still have tickets while others will not. Electronic dance music arenas often sell by floor and tier, so understanding the sections is as important as knowing the sale times. Use the alert form on this page if you want to hear about any added city or a new release of tickets.

The John Summit presale ladder, hour by hour

The sequence began with the artist presale on Wednesday 7 October at 10am, in Warsaw, Paris and London alike, with registration required beforehand. Registration is the key feature: fans signed up in advance, and only those on the list received access to the queue. Poland then added a Mastercard presale from 12pm on the same Wednesday, for cardholders in that market. On Thursday 8 October at 10am came a Ticketmaster presale in Poland and a Live Nation presale in the United Kingdom, and at noon the Spotify presale opened in both. Finally, general sale took place on Friday 9 October at noon in Warsaw and London, via Ticketmaster Poland and Ticketmaster UK respectively. The notes say the continental sale was available from 9 October through the official outlets, so the structure appears to have been shared across the tour even where a city is not listed in detail. The result was a funnel. Each stage let in a larger, less committed audience, and each stage released more of the same stock. A fan who registered with the artist on Wednesday morning faced the smallest crowd, but only if they had signed up in time. A Spotify listener on Thursday at noon was part of a bigger pool, and the public on Friday was bigger still. If you want to understand why a venue sold out before Friday, the answer is usually that the earlier rungs already used most of the stock.

Registration lists: how the John Summit presale artist window worked

The word registration appears in both the Warsaw and Paris notes, and it is the most important word on the page. An artist presale with registration is a list: you give an email address on the artist's site, you are told when the sale opens, and on the day you receive a link or an invitation that lets you into the queue. The list closes before the sale, so someone who learns of the tour on the morning it opens has usually missed it. The access is attached to your registration and cannot normally be transferred, so a friend cannot use your link. We do not publish links or codes, and no honest website can. What we can do is tell you early that a registration is open, so that you are on the list when the sale begins. Our artist presale guide sets out how these sign-up lists typically work and how long they stay open.

Mastercard and Spotify windows in the John Summit presale

Two rungs of the ladder were partner windows. The Mastercard presale in Poland, from 12pm on Wednesday 7 October, was for holders of the card and typically requires you to pay with it. Cards and banks use these presales as a perk, and they run in some countries but not in others, which is why the Warsaw listing includes one while the London listing does not. The Spotify presale on Thursday 8 October at noon is different: it is an invitation based on listening activity, and Spotify chooses who receives it, so you cannot apply for it directly. The best you can do is to follow the artist on the platform and listen regularly. Both windows had limited stock and the same queue as everyone else. Read our Mastercard presale guide and Spotify presale guide for the conditions.

One consequence of partner windows is that the same person can sit in several of them. A Polish fan with a Mastercard, a Spotify account and an artist registration could try three times, on two days, for the same stock. The practical advice is to concentrate on the earliest window you qualify for, because later windows face the same inventory with a bigger crowd, and to keep the other accounts ready in case a payment fails. If a card is declined at checkout, do not retry endlessly: contact the issuer and return to the queue once, because repeated attempts can lock the session and cost you your place.

Ticketmaster and Live Nation steps: the John Summit presale in Poland and the UK

On Thursday 8 October at 10am, two windows opened that are easily confused. In Poland, it was a Ticketmaster presale, open to people with a registered account on the platform, and in the United Kingdom it was a Live Nation presale, open to subscribers of the promoter's mailing list. The names look similar because Live Nation owns Ticketmaster, but the audiences are different. A Live Nation presale draws on the promoter's own customers, while a Ticketmaster presale draws on the platform's users. Neither requires a code that can be found elsewhere; the invitation arrives by email to those eligible. If you were not on either list, you still had the Spotify and general windows. See the promoter presale guide for how these lists are built and why a short account history can be an advantage.

Arena by arena: what the John Summit presale means for seats and floors

The venues are very different. Warsaw's COS Torwar and Berlin's UFO im Velodrom are mid-sized indoor halls, Zurich's Halle 622 is a former industrial space, Cologne's Palladium is a standing hall, and Paris' Zénith has seated and standing areas. Brussels' Forest National and Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome are large arenas, and London's O2 is one of the biggest. In a dance music show, the floor is usually general admission and is the first to go, while seated tiers can last longer. Floor positions are not reserved, so arriving early matters. If you cannot find a floor ticket, consider the first tier, where the view is complete and the sound often better. See our Dutch guide and German guide for platform details.

Prices at electronic shows in large arenas often vary by section and by date, and fees are added at the last step. For cross-border buyers, the same night can cost differently in euros, Swiss francs, złoty and pounds, so compare the total after fees rather than the first figure you see. If you travel in a group, check whether the platform lets one person buy several tickets and then assign them to friends by email, because that saves each person from having to queue. Venue rules on bags, re-entry and ear protection differ from city to city, so read them before travelling.

France, the UK and the others: John Summit presale tickets after the first week

Paris is the one city where the notice lists only the artist presale, without a general sale time, so we do not assume the Friday sale applied there at the same hour. French venues generally sell through Ticketmaster France, Fnac Spectacles or the Zénith's own channel, and some shows use named tickets. London uses Ticketmaster UK, which offers an official face-value exchange for many events. Brussels and Amsterdam use national Ticketmaster sites, and Zurich uses its own partner. Because the stock was split into stages, a small number of tickets may reappear in later weeks when payment fails or when holds are released, and these usually surface on weekday mornings. The French guide and UK guide describe the rules for returns, and the presale queue guide explains waiting rooms.

Another reason to keep checking is that dance music tours attract buyers who decide late, often after seeing a friend's post or hearing the album again. That produces a second wave of demand in the final month, which can empty rooms that looked comfortable in October. If you are undecided between a floor ticket now and a seated one later, remember that the best-priced seats are usually the first to disappear when this second wave arrives. A decision made in the first fortnight after general sale is rarely one you regret. Keep your confirmation emails handy. Treat the final fortnight before a show as a second chance, not a last one.

Preparing for a John Summit presale on a future date

If an extra date is announced, expect a repeat of the ladder in a shortened form: an artist list, a partner step or two, and a general sale a day or two later. Dance music tours often add dates when arenas sell strongly, and a city that was not on the first list can appear later. To be ready, join the artist's list with your usual email address, follow the artist on Spotify, create your Ticketmaster account and save a payment method in advance, and note how the card presale works in your country. None of this guarantees access, and no date is announced. Use the alert form on this page, and tap the bell next to a tour, and we will tell you when something opens and on which platform.

John Summit presale FAQ

The questions below summarise what fans ask about the John Summit presale. The answers follow the published sale information for the Europe CTRL ESCAPE Arena Tour: artist presale with registration on 7 October 2026 at 10am local time, partner windows on 7 and 8 October, and general sale on 9 October 2026 at noon in Warsaw and London. They avoid any detail not confirmed by the promoters. Please read each answer as a snapshot of the information published when this page was written, and check the seller's page before paying, since terms and availability change. Aim to log in ten minutes early.

Is the John Summit presale still open?

No. All presale windows ended on or before Friday 9 October 2026, and the tour has been on general sale since. If you want tickets now, check the official platform for your city, look for returns during the week, and use the official exchange where it exists. A fresh presale would need a newly added date, and none exists today. If you did not register for the artist list, you still had the other rungs of the ladder and the general sale, and tickets that appear now come from returns and releases. Checking at different times of day and being flexible about the section raises your chances.

Did I need to register for the John Summit presale?

For the artist presale, yes. The notices for Warsaw, Paris and London all state that registration was required before the sale. Registration lists close ahead of the sale, so late sign-ups did not receive access. The other windows depended on a Mastercard, a Ticketmaster or Live Nation account, or a Spotify invitation, and none of them used a code that could be looked up. The reason is simple: registration lets the team count the audience and contact them, so the queue is smaller and the stock is protected from the general crowd. Remember that registration does not guarantee a ticket, only a place in the queue, and you still need to choose and pay quickly.

What time did the John Summit presale and general sale start?

The artist presale started at 10am local time on Wednesday 7 October 2026. The Mastercard window in Poland began at 12pm that day. The Ticketmaster and Live Nation windows opened at 10am on Thursday 8 October, followed by Spotify at noon, and the general sale on Friday 9 October at noon in Warsaw and London. Times always refer to the city of the show. If you live in a different time zone, convert the times in advance and set an alarm. The notices give Warsaw and London times, and Paris is listed as Paris time, so a fan in another country must do the conversion before the sale opens.

Can I use a John Summit presale link for a friend?

Generally no. Access links and invitations are tied to the registered account or email, and platforms limit how many tickets each can buy. If you want to go with friends, each person should register on their own and buy their own tickets, then use the platform's transfer function to bring the group together where it is allowed. Check the conditions on your confirmation email. The conditions printed on the confirmation email are the ones that apply, and customer service for the platform handles problems with transfers, not the artist's team or this website. Allow time for delivery. If the platform offers a returns queue, join it.
