Pomme Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

If you are searching for a Pomme presale in late October 2026, the honest answer depends on which side of the Atlantic you want to see her on. The European leg of the 2027 tour, which our network lists under the shared label "Canada 2027" even though it is mostly continental, has been on sale since September: Bordeaux, Lyon and Paris in France, then Brussels, Lausanne, Zurich, London, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Milan, Barcelona and Madrid. The four Canadian shows in October 2027, by contrast, go on general sale tomorrow, Monday 26 October 2026, with no presale in our records.

That split makes this a useful page for two different readers. Fans in Europe are mostly dealing with leftover tickets, small-room sell-outs and the question of how to catch a return, while fans in Quebec and Ontario face a single noon sale where nothing but speed and preparation counts. Below we separate the two, explain which platform sells where, describe how intimate rooms such as the Olympia or the Melkweg handle demand, and give you a short list of habits that help whichever country you are in. Use the alert form on this page for new dates. Whichever group you belong to, the common thread is that small and mid-sized rooms reward preparation more than luck, because there are fewer places to fight over and the queue clears quickly once the first minutes pass.

Where the Pomme presale stands today, region by region

Our sale records are clear on the European half. For Paris and London, the pre-sale took place on Thursday 24 September 2026, a day before the general sale on Friday 25 September at 10am, and the generic wording says tickets are available through the venue's official ticketing outlets. For the Canadian half, the record says general sale only, on Monday 26 October 2026 at noon Eastern time, which is 5pm in Paris, and lists Ticketmaster for Toronto, evenko for Montreal and the venue box offices for Sherbrooke and Quebec City. No presale type is recorded there. The record also tells us that the Paris and London pre-sale text is generic, with no named bank, no named fan club and no code mechanism, which is a reminder that our data only goes as deep as the public announcements do.

It is worth saying plainly what that means. For Canada there is no verified early window in our data, so anyone offering you a Pomme presale code for Toronto or Montreal is offering something we cannot confirm. Venue newsletters, label mailing lists and card programmes sometimes add a window at short notice, and if one is announced we will pass it on through the alert emails, but you should plan as if tomorrow at noon is the only chance and anything earlier is a bonus. For Europe the main chance now is returns. The same caution applies to the European dates: access links that circulate in chat groups are not part of any official channel we can confirm, and a ticket bought through them may not be valid at the door.

The Canadian dates and the Pomme presale that was not announced

The Canadian run is compact: Sherbrooke on 8 October, Quebec City on 9 October, Toronto on 12 October and Montreal on 14 October 2027. These are club and theatre capacities by North American standards, rooms where a few hundred or a couple of thousand people can fit, so the speed of sale can be surprising for an artist who sings in French and has a devoted audience on both sides of the language line. Because the sale is split across three different systems, the sensible approach is to decide on your city today and prepare only that platform instead of trying to cover all four at once. Check the exact doors and start times on each ticketing page, since club shows in Canada frequently start earlier than European fans expect, and an opening act may begin within minutes of the doors. Booking early for travel is risky until you hold a ticket.

Toronto: no Pomme presale, a Ticketmaster queue

The Mod Club show on 12 October is listed with Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster in Canada usually places buyers in a virtual waiting room a few minutes before the sale and releases them in a random order, which means arriving early does not move you forward but arriving late can leave you outside the room. Log in with a verified account, save a payment card, and open the event page about ten minutes before noon Eastern. Do not open several browsers; the system treats duplicates as a reason to drop you from the line. Expect the price shown to include fees only at checkout in some cases, so compare the total before you confirm, and keep your phone ready for a verification code. If the sale page shows no tickets at all after the queue, wait a few minutes and refresh once: batches of held seats are sometimes released shortly after the first wave of orders is processed. Remember that some Toronto venues limit purchases to four tickets.

Montreal: the evenko Pomme presale question

MTELUS on 14 October is sold through evenko, the Quebec promoter that runs its own ticketing site. It works differently from Ticketmaster: you normally select seats or general admission directly rather than waiting in a long lottery, and the site can feel faster but also less forgiving when many people hit it at the same instant. Create the account in advance, add the card, and check that your French or English interface setting is the one you prefer. Montreal is likely to be the highest-demand date for a French-language artist, so if tomorrow goes badly it is also the date where returns will move most quickly in the weeks that follow. If a Montreal friend is helping you buy, give them the exact section and quantity you want, and agree in advance who pays, since a split payment during the sale itself is slow. Finally, remember that evenko sometimes displays a short holding page when traffic peaks, and refreshing repeatedly can send you back to the start.

Sherbrooke and Quebec City: a box-office Pomme presale

Théâtre Granada and the Impérial Bell in Quebec City are listed with the venue box offices, which in practice means the venue's own online shop and its phone line. Smaller regional theatres frequently run a short local mailing list window ahead of the public sale, so check whether the Granada or the Impérial have announced one, and look at their websites on Monday morning. These rooms rarely use heavy queues, but they do sell out in a few hours when the artist is popular locally. If you live outside the region, compare the cost of a train or a drive with the cost of a ticket in Toronto or Montreal. Phone lines at small theatres can open slightly later than the website, so use the online shop first and call only when the page shows an error. Always look at the seat map before you pay. Compare the all-in price with the travel cost.

From published tour announcements. Venues and dates can change: the ticket platform of each country is the reference.

France: a Pomme presale in Bordeaux, Lyon and Paris

France is where the Pomme presale was most visible, because the pre-sale on 24 September 2026 and the general sale on 25 September at 10am were both reported for Paris. The French dates are Le Krakatoa in Bordeaux on 5 February, Le Radiant-Bellevue in Caluire-et-Cuire near Lyon on 25 February and L'Olympia in Paris on 4 March 2027. French venues often sell through national platforms and through the venue's own site, and presales usually go to newsletter subscribers or to card holders linked to a specific bank, which is why different fans receive access at different hours. In France the pre-sale usually arrives as an email from the venue or from the artist's label at a fixed hour, followed by a general sale the next morning, so the gap between the two is a single night of preparation.

If you missed the first rush, the practical hope is a late release. Seated theatres such as the Radiant and the Olympia reserve a few rows for production, and these tend to return to sale a week or two before the show, together with tickets returned through the official exchange. Our data lists a single Paris date, but a popular artist in a famous room often has an additional night added, so watch the venue pages and our France presale guide for the normal pattern. Do not buy a ticket from a social post without an order number you can verify.

Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany: Pomme presale habits

Brussels at the Ancienne Belgique on 9 February, then Lausanne at Les Docks on 13 March and Zurich at X-TRA on 14 March, form a French-speaking corridor where Pomme has an obvious audience. Belgian and Swiss clubs sell through their own box offices and one or two national platforms, and their mailing lists are often the real presale. Amsterdam at Melkweg on 31 March and the three German nights, Hamburg on 2 April, Cologne on 7 April and Berlin on 8 April, run through local systems and, in Germany, usually through Eventim. These rooms are small, and the calendar shows no sale-type information, so treat all of them as sold on the day with limited early access.

Because the German shows are spread across a week, you have a natural fallback: if Cologne is full, Hamburg or Berlin may not be, and the train ride between them is short. Switzerland and Belgium can be harder to switch between, so go for the nearer city first. Read our Germany guide and Netherlands guide for how platforms and fees behave, and remember that clubs often cap ticket quantities at two or four per order to protect the room. If you travel from abroad, remember that German and Swiss clubs usually print tickets with a barcode that works from a phone, but a printed copy is still accepted, which is a sensible backup when mobile coverage inside an old building is poor. Check the doors time as well as the start time, because small German clubs often open the doors an hour before the support act.

London, the Nordics and Southern Europe for a Pomme presale hunter

London's O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on 30 March is the only British date in the data and sits in the usual UK system: pre-sales for mailing lists and venue subscribers, then public sale through the official ticketing outlets at 9am or 10am. The O2 Priority programme can apply at O2-branded venues, although our records do not confirm that it was used here, so check the terms on your O2 account if you hold one. See the O2 Priority explainer if you want to understand how those windows usually run. At that size of room the venue's own list and a handful of partner offers are normally the only early routes, and general sale is the real moment of truth for most buyers.

Further afield, Copenhagen's Amager Bio on 4 April, Stockholm's Fållan on 5 April, Warsaw's Progresja on 10 April, Prague's Roxy on 12 April, Vienna's Konzerthaus on 13 April, Milan's Alcatraz on 15 April, Barcelona's Paral·lel 62 on 18 April and Madrid's LAB on 19 April close the run. Each of these cities has a different dominant platform and different fees, and the smaller the room, the more the venue newsletter matters. If you are building a trip, compare dates on the Pomme calendar page before you book transport. Where the room name is a small club, as in Stockholm or Prague, expect a limited number of tickets per order and short sale windows that end when the stock ends.

Resale and fair pricing for Pomme presale tickets

For small venues the main protection against inflated prices is simply capacity and sales rules. Many clubs and theatres limit quantities, print names on tickets or allow transfers only through their own tool. On the official exchanges used by Ticketmaster and others, resale is often limited to face value, and in several European countries the law restricts reselling above face value for events. Check the terms of your order before listing or buying, because the details differ from one country and one platform to the next, and keep every confirmation email. Names on tickets, where used, are checked at the entrance with photo identification, and a mismatch can lead to refusal, so make sure the booking name matches the person who will attend.

Dynamic pricing, where the cost changes during a sale, is mainly a feature of stadium and arena shows, and nothing in our records says it applies to these rooms. Even so, read the price shown at checkout, not the one shown in an advertisement. Our guides on resale rules and dynamic pricing explain the vocabulary, and the Pomme page on this site will show every date and platform in a table so that you can compare them without opening ten tabs. That does not mean prices never move; platform fees, delivery options and seat categories vary, and the total at the last step is what you actually pay.

Never miss the window: Pomme presale 2027

Presales are often announced only two or three days ahead. One email, the moment it is confirmed.

Pomme presale FAQ

Fans keep asking the same handful of things about this tour, mostly because the label on the data says Canada while the longest part of the run is in Europe. The answers below come from our sale records as of 25 October 2026 and say plainly when something is unknown. If an official page contradicts us, the official page wins, because it controls the price, the tickets and the refund terms, and we will correct this page as soon as we can verify the change. We list the main questions here so that you can compare quickly and move on to the practical work of getting ready, which matters more than reading every article about it. Short, direct answers follow. We keep each answer short and factual, and we mention the date on which our data was last refreshed. Read the question closest to your situation first. Please treat every date as subject to change until the venue confirms it.

Is there a Pomme presale for the Canadian dates?

Our records show no presale for Sherbrooke, Quebec City, Toronto or Montreal, only a general sale on Monday 26 October 2026 at noon Eastern. A venue, label or card window may still be announced, and we would pass it on if it is. Until then, prepare for the noon sale: log in early, save a card, and know which platform sells your city. Do not trust any message that offers an access code, because codes only come from the official channels. It is also worth knowing that evenko and Ticketmaster are separate companies with separate accounts, so a login at one will not work at the other, and each has its own limit on the number of tickets per order for a given show. Keep that in mind when you plan a group purchase, because the person who pays also receives the tickets in the app. If you are unsure which platform applies to your show, our calendar page lists it beside each date.

Can I still get a Pomme presale ticket in France or Belgium?

The presale for Paris and London ran on 24 September 2026, and general sale began on 25 September at 10am, so the early windows are closed. What you can still use are returns, the official exchange and any added dates. Check the venue page in the days before the show and consider the neighbouring cities. Small rooms release production seats late, and fans who keep an eye on the page often succeed without paying a premium. Added dates are possible but not announced in our data, and the sensible habit is to subscribe to the venue's mailing list and to our alerts so that a new night does not pass unnoticed in a busy week. Treat the dates already in the data as confirmed only until the venue says otherwise. Finally, remember that the timing of returns is unpredictable, so a daily glance at the venue page is cheaper than a premium paid to a stranger.

What time does the Pomme presale start in Canada?

There is no presale to time, but the general sale starts at noon Eastern on Monday 26 October 2026, which is 5pm in Paris. Western Canada is three hours behind Eastern, so 9am in Vancouver, though no show is listed there. Prepare the account the night before, open the correct page ten minutes early, and keep payment details ready, since a delayed card check is the most common reason a good place in the queue is lost. Quebec City and Sherbrooke share the Eastern clock, so the same noon applies there, while a local box office may open its phone line at its own hours, which you should check on the venue's page. A short note on the clock itself: daylight saving time changes in North America and in Europe on different weekends, but the October sale falls before either change, so the five hour gap with Paris holds on Monday. Finally, if you rely on a work computer, check in advance that the ticketing page is not blocked by the company network.

Is the Pomme presale tour only in Canada?

No. The label "Canada 2027" on our data covers both parts of the tour. There are 20 dates in Europe between 5 February and 19 April 2027 and four dates in Canada in October 2027. The two legs have different platforms and different sale timing, so follow the section for your own country rather than assuming that the Canadian rules apply everywhere or the other way round. This is one reason fans in Europe sometimes miss the Canadian news, and fans in Canada miss the European dates, so reading the whole page once is worthwhile even if only one leg interests you right now. Our calendar page for this artist lists both legs in date order. In practice, that means you can follow Pomme through Europe in the spring of 2027 and again in Quebec and Ontario in the autumn, with a six month gap between the last European night on 19 April and the first Canadian one on 8 October. A fan planning both should budget separately and set separate reminders for each sale.
