FLO Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

The FLO presale for the Therapy At The Club Tour 2027 followed one of the cleanest three-day patterns of any tour in our records. On Wednesday 7 October 2026, at 10am local time, the artist presale opened in North America and Europe. On Thursday 8 October the promoter and partner windows followed, including Live Nation in the United States and Canada, MOJO in the Netherlands and the Ticketmaster presale in Germany. On Friday 9 October at 10am local time, general sale opened through Ticketmaster. Everything in this guide is organised around those three days, because understanding them tells you what to do the next time FLO adds a city. The tour itself is made of theatres and mid-sized halls, which is where an R&B act with a loyal following often plays. It starts with sixteen American dates from the Moore Theatre in Seattle on 22 January 2027, goes to REBEL in Toronto on 21 February, and then crosses to the Palladium in Cologne, AFAS Live in Amsterdam, the Zénith Paris – La Villette, the O2 Apollo in Manchester and OVO Arena Wembley in London in March. The date tables on this page list every show, and we concentrate here on how people actually got tickets.

Wednesday 7 October: the FLO presale opens in three continents

The first day was the busiest. In the United States and Canada, our Seattle and Toronto records show the artist presale at 10am local time. In Germany, Cologne's record adds Telekom and PayPal priority tickets to the artist window on the same morning. In the Netherlands, Amsterdam offered the artist presale and a Mastercard presale. In France, Paris is recorded with a Mastercard presale at 10am Paris time. In Manchester, the artist presale ran alongside Priority from O2. For a fan, the first day is where preparation pays off the most. Windows that open on a Wednesday morning in Europe open in the very early hours in Seattle, but the American window runs at its own 10am. That is why anyone buying for several cities has to convert every time zone carefully. Read the notes on the artist presale and the Mastercard presale pages, which explain what each kind of access requires and why they tend to open first.

Thursday 8 October: Live Nation, MOJO and the partner FLO presale windows

The second day belonged to promoters and partners. Seattle's record shows a Live Nation presale on Thursday 8 October, with the same for Toronto. The Manchester record adds Spotify at noon on 8 October. In Germany, the Ticketmaster presale for Cologne sat on Thursday, and the Amsterdam record names a MOJO presale, MOJO being the Dutch promoter which holds its own customer list. This is the middle of the ladder, and it is important because it offers a second chance with a different eligibility rule. A fan who missed the Wednesday artist window, or who did not get through the queue, could still qualify through a promoter list if they had registered earlier. It also shows why a Live Nation account is one of the most useful things a concertgoer can have: it feeds windows in America, Canada and parts of Europe. Our promoter presale guide explains how those lists work, and the Spotify presale page covers the streaming route.

Friday 9 October: general sale after the FLO presale

General sale opened on Friday 9 October 2026 at 10am local time, via Ticketmaster in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany, via Ticketmaster Netherlands for Amsterdam, and with a 10am Paris-time start in France. By this stage, the earlier windows had already taken a share of the best seats, but a tour of mid-sized halls often keeps a good number of tickets for the public. If you were not on any list, the Friday sale was a fair chance. If you were, it was the last chance to buy before the general public, and the price shown should be the same as in the earlier windows. Check the price tier and any booking fee on the basket page. The presale queue guide describes how the waiting room works at this stage, and the US presale page and UK presale page show how the same Friday looks in two different markets.

FLO presale in the United States: sixteen dates, one template

The American leg starts at Moore Theatre in Seattle on 22 January 2027, then goes to Sacramento on 24 January, San Francisco's Masonic on 26 January, YouTube Theater in Inglewood on 27 January, San Diego on 29 January, Phoenix on 30 January, Houston on 2 February, Dallas on 3 February, Birmingham, Alabama on 5 February and Orlando in February, with other dates in the full list of sixteen. Our sale note says the artist presale ran on 7 October and the Live Nation presale on 8 October, with general sale on 9 October at 10am local time. The template is identical in every city, which makes a United States routine easy: the artist sign-up, the Live Nation account, the Ticketmaster account and the payment card. The venues are theatres, music halls and clubs, so the number of seats is limited. A fan who needs two or four tickets for a particular city should try on Wednesday. Our Verified Fan guide explains how registration lists work when a seller wants to control demand.

FLO presale in Europe: Cologne, Amsterdam, Paris, Manchester and London

The European leg runs in March 2027: Cologne on the 5th, Amsterdam on the 7th, Paris on the 8th, Manchester on the 10th and London on the 12th. Each country has a partner of its own. Germany had Telekom and PayPal priority tickets as well as a Ticketmaster presale. The Netherlands had Mastercard and MOJO. France had Mastercard. The UK had the artist presale and Priority from O2 on Wednesday, with Live Nation and Spotify on Thursday. A fan who lives in one of these countries should therefore find out which partner products they already hold. A Telekom customer in Germany, an O2 customer in Britain and a Mastercard holder in the Netherlands or France each have a route that other fans do not. Our country guides to Germany, the Netherlands, France and the UK explain what those programmes involve, and the O2 Priority page covers the British mobile route.

Preparing for the next FLO presale: added dates and cities

R&B tours of this kind often add a second night or a new city if the first sells strongly. If that happens, the pattern will probably be a shorter version of the October schedule: an artist window and a promoter window within a couple of days, followed by general sale. The most useful preparation is the dullest. Create your Ticketmaster and Live Nation accounts, store a payment card, join the artist's list in the country of the show and decide how many seats you need. You can also prepare mentally. Know your maximum price, know which date you prefer and which you will accept as second best. During the queue, do not refresh. After you buy, check that the order confirmation arrives and keep it. We do not publish codes, and our alert emails give the day, the time and the platform. If you want to hear about added dates, use the alert form on this page. The presale day checklist breaks the morning into hours.

Choosing a city for the FLO presale: small rooms, big differences

Because the tour is made of theatres and halls, the choice of city matters more than usual. The Moore Theatre in Seattle, the Masonic in San Francisco, the Bayou Music Center in Houston and the Alabama Theatre in Birmingham are very different rooms, with their own seating layouts and their own demand. The Palladium in Cologne and AFAS Live in Amsterdam hold more people than the clubs, and the OVO Arena Wembley in London is a proper arena for an act that has played much smaller rooms in the United States. If you are choosing between nearby cities, look at three things: the capacity of the room, the day of the week and the cost of getting there. A weekday show in a smaller city can be easier to book than a Saturday in a major one, and the saving in ticket price and travel may be larger than you expect. Some theatres have reserved seating and some are general admission, so check whether you are buying a seat or a spot on the floor before you pay. It also helps to compare the first and second days of the sale. On a short tour, the cities that sell out first in the artist window are often the biggest. The ones that remain for the general sale can be the better value, and a fan who is flexible can often find a good seat there. The calendar page for the United States shows how American on-sales are timed across the year.

FLO presale FAQ

A short tour of theatres raises its own questions, mostly about which window to use and what is left after a sale. The answers below rely on the October 2026 records and say plainly when something is not documented. For general rules on queues, limits and returns that apply to every artist, see our site-wide FAQ. Treat these answers as a snapshot and check the seller's page for your date before acting. Where a detail is not in our data, for example the exact seat allocation in a given window, we say so openly, and we point you to the seller's page for the city you want, since only the seller can confirm the current position.

When did the FLO presale start?

The artist presale started on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 10am local time in the United States, Canada and Europe, with partner windows on Thursday 8 October and general sale on Friday 9 October at 10am local time. In the UK, the first day included Priority from O2 as well as the artist window. These windows have now closed, so the realistic options are returned tickets and any added date. Use the alert form on this page if you want to be told when a new window opens. The key thing to remember is that the windows overlapped in a ladder, so a fan with several accounts had several tries. If you used only one, it is still worth checking the later windows, because they sometimes had a quieter queue and plenty of seats left.

Which FLO presale is best in the United Kingdom?

Both the artist presale and Priority from O2 opened on Wednesday 7 October 2026, so they were the earliest routes for Manchester and London. A fan who qualified for both could try both. The Live Nation presale on Thursday 8 October and the Spotify presale at noon followed, then Ticketmaster general sale on Friday. If you are not an O2 customer, the artist window was the strongest option. Check the seller's page for your date if you are looking for returns. Remember that O2 Priority needs a customer account with the network and the app, so check that you are signed in before the sale, not on the morning of it. A fan who is not a customer can still qualify through the artist list, which is open to anyone who registered.

Do I need a code for the FLO presale?

You do not need a code from us, and we do not publish any. Presale access normally comes from the channel that runs the window: the artist list, a promoter account, a card issuer or a mobile network. If you are offered a code in exchange for money, treat it cautiously and use only the official seller. Genuine invitations arrive by email or app from the organiser. Treat any message that claims to sell guaranteed access with caution. The seller's own page, reached from the venue or the artist's site, is the only place where you can be sure the ticket is real and the price is the one shown.

Where is the FLO tour in Europe?

The tour has five European dates in March 2027: Cologne's Palladium on 5 March, AFAS Live in Amsterdam on 7 March, the Zénith Paris – La Villette on 8 March, the O2 Apollo in Manchester on 10 March and OVO Arena Wembley in London on 12 March. All were sold in the same October week, with local partners in each country. See the date tables on this page for the full list. Each of these halls has its own booking rules, so compare the seat map, the fees and the delivery method on the seller's page for your date. If you are crossing a border, also check the identification requirements at the door, which can differ by country.
