US Presale Calendar 2027: The Big Tour On-Sales
The US presale calendar on this page gathers the 2027 tours with American dates that we track across our network, with their presale windows, general on-sale dates and status, in a single table you can scan in a few seconds. At the last update, on 24 October 2026, it held 35 tours and 444 individual shows, from single stadium nights such as System of a Down at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on 5 June 2027 to long arena runs such as Lizzy McAlpine's 25-date Over Country Tour. Twenty of those tours already had at least one presale on record, 21 had a known general on-sale date, and a handful had dates on the schedule but no sale announced yet. The table updates as promoters publish new windows, so a tour marked as awaiting details today can move to a confirmed presale tomorrow. The text below explains how to read it and what the numbers say about the rhythm of the American market.
We built this guide to sit beside the table rather than repeat it. Instead of describing each tour, it explains the status labels, the alert button, and the patterns that emerge when you look at all American sales together: which weekdays carry the presales, how long the gap is between the first window and the general sale, how far ahead of the show tickets go on sale, which cities get the most dates, and which platforms and presale types dominate. It also looks ahead to the rest of the 2027 season, with the caution that announcements are what decide dates, not habits. For the mechanics of each window, such as card programs, registration filters and resale rules, the United States country guide goes into detail. Here the focus is timing: when to look, what to expect and how to plan your week.

How to read the US presale calendar table
Each row in the table is one tour, with its name, the number of American shows, the date range of the shows and the cities involved, followed by the presale dates, the general on-sale date and the current status. When a tour has several presale windows, the table shows the first and last presale dates we have on record, so a range such as 13 to 16 October 2026 means the presale period started on the first date and ran until the general sale. Where a column is empty, it means the information has not been announced or has not been confirmed by an official source at the time of the update; we do not fill gaps with estimates. Sorting by the presale date column brings the next windows to the top, which is the most useful view in a busy week. Sorting by show date helps if you are planning around a specific month or a trip.
The cities column lists the first cities alphabetically when a tour plays many dates, so check the full itinerary on the artist's official announcement if your city is not visible. The number of shows matters too: a 26-date arena tour such as Hans Zimmer Live – The Next Level offers far more chances than a single stadium night, and the presale strategy differs. For a long tour, you may be able to choose a less contested city or a second night; for a single date, every window counts. The table also mentions the main platform when known. In the current data, Ticketmaster appears on 31 of the 35 tours, with Live Nation named on seven, so most rows lead to the same account. Make sure that account is ready before any of the dates in the presale column, not on the morning itself.
Presale, on sale and TBA: the status labels in the US presale calendar
The status column uses three simple labels. A tour marked as presale has at least one window announced that has not yet ended; at the last update, that applied to System of a Down at the Rose Bowl, with presales on record for 23 and 26 October 2026, and to Bon Jovi's Forever Tour 2027, with presales on 28 and 30 October 2026 for dates in Chicago, East Rutherford and Foxborough in July 2027. A tour marked as on sale has reached its general on-sale; tickets may still be available or may already be sold out, which the table does not track in real time. A tour marked TBA has shows on the schedule but no sale dates announced, as with Gracie Abrams's Look at My Life Tour and Hans Zimmer's North American run at the last update. When a promoter publishes new information, the status changes at the next update, and the alert sends you the details.
The 🔔 Alert me button on the US presale calendar
Next to each tour, the 🔔 Alert me button lets you register for email alerts about that specific tour. When a presale or general sale is announced, or when a date changes, you receive a message with the window, the date, the local start time and the channel that runs it, such as the artist's list, a card issuer or a venue newsletter. That is particularly useful for tours marked TBA, where the gap between the announcement of a sale and the first window can be only a few days. The alert does not contain codes, because access comes only from the official channel, and it does not reserve tickets or guarantee access. What it does is make sure you know when and where to act, early enough to complete any registration the window requires. You can also use the general alert form on this page if you prefer a single email covering all American sales.

Weekday patterns in the US presale calendar
Looking at all the tours in the table together reveals a clear weekly rhythm. Among the tours with a known first presale date, Wednesday was the most frequent starting day, with seven tours, followed by Tuesday with five and Friday with four. The general on-sale was even more concentrated: 16 of the 21 tours with a known general sale opened to the public on a Friday, with only two on a Thursday and two on a Saturday. The typical American campaign therefore runs from a midweek presale to a Friday public sale. Slipknot's (sic)est Stadium Tour, for example, had presales from 29 September to 2 October 2026 and a general sale on Friday 2 October, while FLO's Therapy At The Club Tour had presales on 7 and 8 October and a general sale on Friday 9 October. The pattern is consistent enough to plan around, even if individual tours deviate from it.
The practical consequence is that Friday mornings in the calendar are crowded. On some Fridays, several major tours open to the public at once, as on 2 October 2026 when Slipknot, Lizzy McAlpine and Hilary Duff all had general sales, and on 23 October when Zach Bryan, Iron Maiden, Damien Rice and Kehlani did. If you are interested in more than one of them, start times and time zones decide what is possible. Presale days, on the other hand, are more spread across the week, which means the most valuable windows often fall on a Tuesday or Wednesday morning. If you can free a midweek morning around a tour's presale, you may have better options than on the Friday. Use the table's date column to spot clusters, and plan your week before the first window opens rather than reacting to each one as it arrives.

Short gaps and long lead times in the US presale calendar
Two numbers summarize the timing of the American market in our data. The first is the gap between the first presale and the general sale: the median was two days. Some tours compress everything into a single day, as Kehlani's Honolulu show on 4 March 2027 did, with presale and general sale both on 23 October 2026, and Kenny Chesney's Original Vibe Room Tour, with both on 25 September 2026. Others spread windows across most of a week, as Ayra Starr's Starrgirl World Tour did from 13 to 16 October. The second number is the lead time between the sale and the concert, which had a median of about 173 days, roughly six months. Olivia Rodrigo's Unraveled Tour, with shows from January to February 2027, went on sale in May 2026, while Luke Combs's dates from April to June 2027 opened in August 2026.
These two figures together explain why missing an announcement is costly. Because the gap between presale and general sale is short, there is little time to register for a window once it is announced. Because the lead time is long, the announcement comes months before you may be thinking about the show. A tour playing your city in the summer of 2027 may well have gone on sale in the autumn of 2026 or the first weeks of 2027. When reading the table, look at the show dates and work backward: a tour with shows in July 2027 and no sale on record yet is likely to announce a sale in the coming months, though only the official announcement will confirm when. That is exactly the case where an alert saves you from discovering the tour after the windows have closed.

Cities that fill the US presale calendar
Counting individual shows rather than tours, Las Vegas leads the table with 34 dates, followed by New York with 29, Los Angeles with 28, Chicago with 25, Boston with 22, Atlanta with 21, Dallas with 16 and Seattle with 13. The ranking reflects both market size and the nature of the shows. New York, Los Angeles and Chicago appear on almost every national tour and often host several nights, which spreads demand across more dates. Boston and Atlanta are regular stops for arena tours on the East Coast and in the South, and Dallas often appears with a second Texas city such as Austin, Houston or Fort Worth. Seattle anchors the Pacific Northwest. Smaller markets appear mostly on long country or rock tours, such as Kenny Chesney's dates in Ames or Luke Combs's in Boise, where competition for tickets can be lower but the number of shows per city is usually one.
Las Vegas residencies in the US presale calendar
Las Vegas tops the list for a specific reason: residencies. Sting's STING 3.0 Tour lists 11 Las Vegas shows from March to October 2027, with presales on 15 and 17 October 2026 and a general sale on 17 October, and Metallica's 2027 schedule includes a run at Sphere alongside its stadium tour. A residency sells differently from a tour stop. Dates may be released in batches, later shows may go on sale months after the first ones, and weekend nights tend to sell before weeknights. That means a residency that looks sold out in the table may add dates later, and the presale for a new batch can be announced with short notice. If you want a Las Vegas show, watch for new batches rather than only the original announcement, choose weeknights if your schedule allows, and remember that the venue's own mailing list sometimes runs a presale of its own.
Platforms and presale types across the US presale calendar
The table also shows which kinds of windows are most common. Among the American tours with labeled presales, artist presales lead with 13 tours, followed by Live Nation windows on seven, venue and Spotify presales on three each, American Express on two and Mastercard on one. Many tours combine several: Calvin Harris's North America Tour stacked artist, Live Nation, Spotify and venue windows, Nickelback's Everything Under The Sun Tour used artist, Live Nation and Spotify windows on 13 October 2026, and Jay Wheeler's La Voz Favorita World Tour combined artist, Mastercard and venue access. A few tours went straight to the general sale with no presale on record, such as Metallica's 2027 dates in the table and Hilary Duff's Lucky Me Tour. When reading a row, check the type labels as well as the dates, because the type tells you which channel to join. The presale types overview explains each label.
The 2027 season ahead on the US presale calendar
At the last update, the shows in the table were spread across 2027, with the largest groups of tours starting in January, March and April, and fewer starting in the summer and autumn. That distribution reflects what has been announced so far rather than the final shape of the season. In recent years, many large stadium and amphitheater tours for the North American summer have been announced in the late autumn and winter before, with presales following within days of the announcement. If that pattern holds, more summer 2027 tours are expected to appear in the table in the coming months, and the busiest period for presales is likely to run from November 2026 through the first months of 2027. We will add tours only when they are officially announced, so the table will never list a rumored date, and we cannot predict which artists will tour.
For fans, the season ahead suggests a simple routine. Check the table at the start of each week, sort by presale date, and note any windows in the next seven days. For tours already marked as on sale, the alert can still be useful, since added dates, second nights and new batches are announced through the same channels. For tours marked TBA, such as Gracie Abrams's Look at My Life Tour with American shows from late January to March 2027, the sale may be announced at any moment, so registering an alert now is the best way to hear about it in time. Our global calendar page shows the same information for other countries, which can be useful if you follow an artist across borders or plan to travel for a show.
Time-zone tactics for the US presale calendar
The dates in the table are calendar days; the start times depend on the announcement and, in most American sales, on the time zone of each venue. When a tour plays several cities, the same date in the table can therefore mean four or five start times across the country, from Eastern to Pacific, plus Alaska and Hawaii in rare cases such as Kehlani's Honolulu show. Use this to your advantage when a tour lists your city and another within reach. If the presale for New York opens at 10am Eastern and the one for Los Angeles at 10am Pacific, a fan in either city has two chances on the same morning, subject to purchase limits. Before a busy morning, convert every relevant start time into your own zone, set alarms, and prepare the account and card in advance. The presale day checklist lists the checks to make the night before.

US presale calendar FAQ
The questions below are about using the table itself: how often it changes, why some rows are incomplete, what the alert button does and how to use the dates when planning travel. The answers describe how the page works at the time of writing, in autumn 2026, and they do not promise access to any sale, because tickets are always sold by the official platforms under their own conditions. Where a question is really about the rules of a specific window, such as card eligibility or resale, the answer points to the guide that covers it. For general vocabulary used in tour announcements, such as access codes, waitlists, platinum seats and registration deadlines, the presale glossary explains each term, and the general presale FAQ covers questions that apply to every country we track, including the United States and its neighbors. Each answer can be read on its own, so go straight to the one you need.
How often is the US presale calendar updated?
The table is refreshed regularly from our network's tour data, and the date of the last update appears with it; the figures quoted on this page come from the update of 24 October 2026. Between updates, a promoter may publish a new window, move a date or add a show, so the table can be a few hours or a day behind the official announcements. That is why the alerts exist: when you tap 🔔 Alert me next to a tour, you receive an email as soon as we record a change for that tour, rather than having to check the page. If a date in the table differs from an official announcement, the official announcement is always the reference. We correct the table at the next update, and we do not keep dates that have not been confirmed by an official source, even when they are widely repeated elsewhere.
Why are some rows in the US presale calendar missing presale dates?
Because not every tour has announced, or uses, a presale. Some tours list show dates months before any sale information is published, which is the case for the rows marked TBA. Others go straight to a general sale without a presale on record, either because the promoter chose not to run one or because the windows were limited to a fan club whose details were not public. In the current data, 20 of the 35 American tours have a presale on record and 21 have a general sale date. When a column is empty, we have not found an official source for it; we never fill it with an estimate. If you are interested in a tour with missing information, the alert is the best option, since it tells you when the information becomes available, along with the channel and the local start time of each window.
Does the US presale calendar show whether tickets are still available?
No. The status column tells you whether a tour is in presale, on sale or awaiting sale details, but it does not track ticket availability in real time, which changes minute by minute during a sale and depends on the platform's inventory. A tour marked as on sale may have tickets left for some cities and none for others, and released holds or added dates can bring new tickets weeks later. To check availability, go to the official ticketing platform for each show. The calendar's purpose is to tell you when and where sales happen, so that you can be ready at the right time. If a tour sells out and the promoter adds a date, that new date and its sale will appear in the table at the next update, and anyone who registered an alert for the tour will receive an email about it.
Can I use the US presale calendar to plan travel to a show?
Yes, with some care. The table shows the date range and cities of each tour, which helps you choose a city and a month, and the lead time, typically around six months between the sale and the concert in our data, leaves time to arrange travel. Buy the ticket before booking non-refundable travel, since a presale offers no guarantee. When comparing cities, check the start time of each sale in its local time zone, the platform used by each venue, and whether your presale access applies to all dates or only some. Hotels near major venues can fill quickly on show nights, especially for stadium dates and Las Vegas weekends, so it is worth looking at accommodation as soon as your tickets are confirmed. If plans change, the platform's transfer or resale options, under the terms shown at purchase, are the route to follow.
