Sting Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country

The Sting presale for 2027 is really two different stories under one tour name. In the United States the STING 3.0 shows are a Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, with five nights in March 2027 and a second block of nights in October 2027, and the sale there was handled in mid-October 2026: fan club, Caesars Rewards and Live Nation presales on 14 and 15 October, then general sale on Saturday 17 October via Ticketmaster. In Europe the tour is a summer circuit of festivals, open-air squares, castle courtyards and a few arenas from 2 June to mid-July 2027, and tickets there went on general sale on Friday 23 October 2026.

Because the formats are so different, this guide is organised by type of venue rather than by calendar. A residency behaves like a long, flexible run where seats reappear. A festival show can be sold by the festival itself, through a regional ticketing partner, with different rules from a normal concert. A town-square show may have a small capacity and strict seating. Below we explain how access worked for each, what is still open now, and which rules apply in each country. Use the alert form on this page if you want to be told when any new Sting date or release is announced.

The Las Vegas residency: how the Sting presale worked

For The Colosseum the data is unusually clear. The presale took place over 14 and 15 October 2026 and included a fan club window, a Caesars Rewards window for members of the casino's loyalty programme, and a Live Nation window, with the public on-sale following on Saturday 17 October through Ticketmaster. That is a typical Las Vegas pattern: several overlapping groups are given early access, partly because a residency is long and partly because the hotel wants to reward its own customers. The dates are 4, 6, 7, 10 and 12 March 2027, then 14, 16, 17, 20, 22 and 23 October 2027.

Because the room is a theatre of about four thousand seats and the run is long, availability tends to last longer than for a normal tour. If you missed the October windows, check Ticketmaster again at different times of day, since nights are often released in tranches and prices vary by date and section. Weekend nights are usually in higher demand than midweek ones. Our US presale guide explains accounts, queue behaviour and the way variable pricing works on this platform. Hotel guests who hold a loyalty account may also see offers that are not visible to the public, which is why checking your own account can be worthwhile.

Festivals and open-air stops on the Sting presale list

The European summer is dominated by festival and open-air concerts, such as Belgrade River Fest on 2 June, the Citadel Music Festival at Berlin's Zitadelle Spandau on 13 June, Openair Belval in Esch-sur-Alzette on 15 June, Aluna Festival in Ruoms on 24 June, Montauban en Scène, Europavox in Clermont-Ferrand and the Nuits Bressanes in Louhans. The ticket conditions for these are written by each festival, so there is no single Sting presale for the whole circuit. Both blocks share the same stage and production, so there is no reason to expect a different show between March and October, only a different season and different travel costs.

What that means in practice is that the early access window you may find belongs to the festival's own mailing list, supporters' club or regional partner. In Austria, the fan club presale for Salzburg's Residenzplatz took place on Tuesday 20 October at 10am local time, followed by general sale on Friday 23 October at 10am. Other festival dates may have no presale at all. The sensible way to follow them is through the festival's own site and newsletter, then check the platform it names. Our fan club presale guide explains how membership windows are normally structured. Residents of other countries should also keep in mind that the venue is inside a resort, so parking, resort fees and dining reservations are part of the practical cost of the evening, and they are separate from the ticket price.

From published tour announcements. Venues and dates can change: the ticket platform of each country is the reference.

Central Europe: arenas and courtyards in the Sting presale plan

Poland brings the most conventional concert venues of the tour, with four arenas in five days from 6 to 10 June: Gliwice's PreZero Arena, Gdańsk's ERGO ARENA, Kraków's TAURON Arena and Łódź's Atlas Arena. Salzburg's Residenzplatz on 4 June and Klagenfurt's Wörthersee Ostbucht on 30 June complete the Austrian shows, and Kestenholz in Switzerland hosts St. Peter at Sunset on 9 July. The ticketing partners for these are largely local, so buyers should follow the official tour page rather than a generic search. Check the exact seating chart before buying, because the room is relatively intimate and the difference between the first rows and the back of the lower tier can be significant.

These countries are used to the Vorverkauf pattern, in which a presale lasts a few days and the general sale follows. Polish arenas often use Ticketmaster-linked or national platforms, and Austrian and Swiss open-air shows commonly use Ö-Ticket, Eventim or a regional service. Prices are quoted in złoty, euros and Swiss francs, and fees vary. For the German-speaking rules, read our German presale guide, which also covers the way many open-air events limit ticket numbers per order. Because every festival publishes its own conditions, always read the line about age limits, bag rules, re-entry and the refund policy if the programme changes or the weather forces a delay.

Germany: eight dates, eight sale systems for the Sting presale

Germany is the largest single block in Europe with eight dates between 12 and 29 June: Magdeburg's Event Plaza, the Berlin Citadel, Rastatt's Ehrenhof of the Residenzschloss, Hemer's Sauerlandpark, Wiesbaden's BRITA-Arena, Fulda's Domplatz, Konstanz's Klein Venedig and Heidenheim's Brenzpark. Almost every one of them is a seated or semi-seated open-air event organised by a regional promoter, and each has its own on-sale page. Some of these events are also part of multi-day festival weekends, which means a day ticket and a weekend ticket can both include the same concert but cost very different amounts. Currency conversion can change the real price of a trip.

That fragmentation matters because it makes the idea of a single presale code meaningless. Instead, fans sign up to the local promoter's newsletter, to the venue's own list or to the ticketing partner's alerts, and each of those sends its own message. If you plan to see more than one show, make a simple note of each city's on-sale date and platform. Our German calendar tracks other big sales in the same weeks, and the German guide explains how personalised tickets work for some events. Where the show is part of a festival, a day ticket for that evening is usually the simplest purchase, and it often goes on sale before the weekend pass is fully sold.

France, Italy and Luxembourg: the Sting presale in smaller summer venues

France hosts five dates in the data, from Ruoms on 24 June to Chantilly's Château on 15 July, Louhans on 16 July, Montauban on 11 July and Clermont-Ferrand on 13 July. Italy has Rome's Cavea at the Auditorium Parco della Musica on 2 July, Asti's Piazza Alfieri on 4 July and Verona's Arena on 6 July, and Luxembourg has Esch-sur-Alzette on 15 June. These settings are famous and often smaller than arenas, so the early demand is high. If you travel from outside the region, note that rail strikes, school holidays and local events can raise accommodation prices sharply in smaller towns, so book rooms with free cancellation.

French festivals frequently sell through their own boutique and a national retailer, while Italian historic venues use platforms such as TicketOne or the venue's partner. In France, named tickets are used only for some events, and in Italy a personalised ticket is common for certain venues and capacities. These are sold by presale labelled prévente in France and prevendita in Italy. The country pages on France and Italy explain the vocabulary, and the resale rules guide sets out what is allowed. Remember that open-air events in squares and castle courtyards usually have a fixed capacity set by the local authority, so once the seated blocks are gone there is rarely a way to add more.

Timing your Sting presale alerts across the two formats

Since the Las Vegas windows have closed and the European tour went on general sale on 23 October 2026, the main use of an alert now is to catch anything new: an additional night, a release of held seats, or a date announced later in the autumn. Residencies are the most likely to add shows because the venue is fixed, so keep an eye on the Caesars and Ticketmaster pages as well as the artist's list. Weather rules are worth reading too, as most open-air concerts go ahead in rain and only cancel in dangerous conditions, which affects your right to a refund.

A second use of alerts is to follow festivals that have not yet opened ticket sales for their own sections, such as upgraded seating or hospitality. Those releases are rarely advertised widely. We cannot promise that any future window exists, and the confirmed schedule is the only thing to rely on. If you wish to be told, use the alert form on this page, or tap the bell next to a tour. We tell you when and where something opens, never how to get around a queue. Travel between these dates can be done by rail, but the smaller venues are often a taxi or shuttle ride from the nearest station, so plan the last leg in advance.

Sting presale FAQ

The questions below summarise what readers most often ask about the Sting presale and the general sale that followed it. They are based on the sale information published so far for the Las Vegas residency and the European summer, and they stay deliberately cautious about anything not yet announced. For any purchase, the terms shown on the seller's checkout page apply, and you should confirm the date, venue and ticket type before paying. Choose the ticket category with care: seated tiers, standing areas and hospitality packages are sold separately, and each may have its own start date. Check the platform's help page for the date.

Is the Sting presale still open for Las Vegas?

No. The fan club, Caesars Rewards and Live Nation presales ran on 14 and 15 October 2026, and the general sale opened on Saturday 17 October through Ticketmaster. Tickets that remain are general sale seats, so check the platform repeatedly and keep a flexible mind about dates, since weekday nights are usually easier than weekends. Nothing suggests another early window, though extra nights are always possible. Many of these events publish accessibility information separately and sell accessible places through a dedicated phone line or form, so check before the general sale if you need that. Ask the seller for the current rules before paying.

When did the Sting presale open in Europe?

The only European presale in our data is the fan club members presale for Salzburg on Tuesday 20 October 2026 at 10am local time. General sale across the continent opened on Friday 23 October 2026, with the sale starting at 10am local time for Salzburg. Other festivals and venues may have run their own windows through their local partners, so check the specific festival page for your date. Keep any email from the platform for the entire summer, since last-minute changes to the entrance or the time of the doors are sent to the address used for the booking. Doing so takes only a minute and avoids later surprises.

Do I need a code for the Sting presale?

Not in a way we can supply. Fan club members receive their access through the club, Caesars Rewards members receive theirs through the casino's programme, and promoter windows come through the promoter's subscriber list. We never publish codes. We tell you when and where a window opens, so you can sign up through the correct official channel and be ready when the email arrives. Take care with any message that claims to offer a special access word, since official access always arrives through the club, the programme or the promoter that you joined yourself. Official help pages are the place to confirm this.

Can I resell or transfer Sting presale tickets?

Usually, within the platform's rules. In the United States, Ticketmaster allows transfers and an official resale route for many events, though terms vary. In Europe the rules depend on the festival, venue and country, and some open-air events use named tickets. Read the conditions on your confirmation email, keep the order in the original account and use the platform's own transfer function when you pass tickets to a friend. If you are travelling with a group, decide who holds the tickets before the sale, and make sure the person has enough room on the account limit and a stable connection.
