German Presale Calendar 2027: Tour On-Sales
This German presale calendar collects the 2027 tours that our network has confirmed for Germany and lines them up by sale date, so you can see at a glance which shows are already selling, which have a presale scheduled and which are still waiting for an announcement. At the time of writing the table holds 44 tours and 164 individual German dates, from arena runs in Berlin and Hamburg to summer open-air series in small towns most international fans have never heard of. The text below does not repeat the table. Instead it explains how to read it, what the numbers behind it tell us about the rhythm of German on-sales, and how to plan around that rhythm. If you want the legal and platform background for buying tickets in Germany, that lives on our separate Germany presale guide; this page is about dates, patterns and timing.
Why a dedicated calendar for one country? Because Germany behaves differently from the UK or the US, even when the tour is the same. A band announcing a European leg often releases every country on one morning, but the German shows can sit on a different ticketing system, carry a separate local promoter presale or appear a few days later than the London dates. Germany is also unusually decentralised: no single city dominates the touring map the way London or Paris does, and some of the biggest summer runs skip the obvious metropolises entirely. All of that makes a simple list of "tour announced" headlines misleading. A calendar sorted by sale date, with one row per tour and a clear status, is the quickest way to see what actually needs your attention this week, and that is what the table on this page is built to do. Everything quoted here comes from the same dataset that feeds it.

How to read the German presale calendar table
Each row in the table is one tour, not one concert, so a run of five German dates appears once with its cities listed together. The status label is the first thing to look at. Presale means an early sale window has been announced or is running and the general sale has not started yet. On sale means the general public sale has opened, which in practice also means tickets may already be scarce for popular nights. TBA means the dates are known but no sale date has been published by the artist, the promoter or the ticketing company. The dates shown next to each status are the ones that were officially announced; when a tour has two presale days, as happened with Take That's Dreamers European Tour (presales on 2 and 4 September 2026), both appear. Where a field is empty it is empty on purpose: we would rather show nothing than guess a time or a platform that has not been confirmed.
The 🔔 Alert me button in the German presale calendar
Next to every row you will find a 🔔 Alert me button. Tapping it subscribes you to that tour only, and you get an email when something changes: a sale date is announced, a presale window opens, an extra German date is added or the general sale is about to start. The alert tells you when and where the sale happens and which official channel runs any presale, for example a fan club, a card issuer or the promoter's own mailing list. It never contains an access code, because codes are issued by those channels to their own members and are not ours to pass on. If a tour you care about is not in the table yet, use the alert form on this page instead, name the artist, and we add it to your watch list. Alerts are free, and you can unsubscribe from a single tour without losing the others, which matters when you are following a dozen acts across a busy autumn.

Friday is the default day in the German presale calendar
The most striking pattern in the data is how strongly German general sales cluster on one weekday. Of the 36 tours in the table with a recorded general sale date, 30 opened on a Friday, four on a Wednesday and two on a Thursday. Presales are a little more spread out but still lean the same way: 17 on Fridays, 10 on Wednesdays and three on Thursdays. In other words, if you know a tour has been announced and you are waiting for German tickets, the following Friday morning is the single most likely moment for something to happen. Simply Red's Summer Funk '27 run, Chase & Status in Berlin and Emeli Sandé's anniversary tour all followed exactly that template, with presale and general sale on the same Friday. The Wednesday cluster usually reflects an early window ahead of a Friday release, which is how many international tours stagger fan clubs and partner presales before the public gets a turn.
Same-day presales in the German presale calendar
The median gap between the first presale and the general sale in our German data is zero days. That surprises fans who are used to the British or American model, where a fan club presale might run two or three days before the public sale. In Germany it is common for a presale to open early on the Friday morning and the general sale to follow a few hours later on the same day, sometimes on the same ticketing site. Bryan Adams' Roll With The Punches Tour is a typical exception that proves the rule: its German presale ran on Thursday 8 October 2026 and the general sale followed on Friday 9 October, a one-day gap. Harry Styles' Together, Together Tour stretched the window to two days, with a presale on Monday 14 September and the general sale on Wednesday 16 September. When the gap is that short, signing up for the presale in advance and having your account ready the night before matters far more than it does in markets with week-long windows.

Where German presale calendar dates actually happen
Berlin carries 37 of the German dates in the table, ahead of Munich and Cologne with 22 each, Hamburg with 15 and Düsseldorf with eight, followed by Hannover, Stuttgart and Mönchengladbach. That ranking will look familiar to anyone who follows arena touring: the capital gets the multi-night stands, as with Harry Styles' four Berlin dates in July 2027 or ENHYPEN's two nights in March, while Munich and Cologne compete for the second slot on most European routings. What is less obvious is the long tail. Bryan Adams has 17 German dates between 23 June and 16 August 2027, including Aurich, Baunatal, Bonn, Deggendorf and Dresden, and Simply Red has 14 summer shows in places such as Fulda, Füssen and Halle (Westfalen). These open-air series are a German speciality, often run by regional promoters, and they rarely make headlines outside the country even though they sell steadily. If you live outside the big cities, filter the table by your region rather than assuming nothing comes near you.
The city spread also explains why the same tour can appear with different sale behaviour in different German towns. A stadium or arena date in Berlin may be sold through one of the large national ticketing companies with a partner presale attached, while a castle courtyard or open-air stage in a smaller town is handled by a regional promoter with its own ticket shop and no presale at all. In our dataset the platforms named most often for Germany are Ticketmaster and Live Nation, with Eventim and AXS also appearing, but many rows simply list no platform because the announcement did not specify one. Take the city column seriously when you plan: a fan in Munich who wants the Bryan Adams tour is dealing with a different local seller than a fan in Aurich, even though both dates were announced on the same day and released in the same week.
2027 shows in Germany, month by month
Number of confirmed 2027 shows per month in our data (January → December).
Seasons inside the German presale calendar for 2027
Looking at when the shows themselves take place, the German table has a winter arena block and a summer peak. January, February and March 2027 together hold 19 entries, largely club and arena tours such as Bullet For My Valentine's Social Apocalypse dates, Five Finger Death Punch, Almost Monday and Cage The Elephant. April holds six, May three, and then June jumps to 11 entries, the busiest month in the table, with Tame Impala's two nights in Cologne, Take That, Jorja Smith and the start of the open-air series. July and August thin out in our data, but that is a reflection of what has been announced so far, not of what will actually tour. Summer 2027 is expected to fill up further as stadium acts and festival line-ups are confirmed through the winter, and historically many German open-air bookings are announced between November and March. Treat the quiet summer months as unfinished rather than empty.
Festivals and stadiums still missing from the German presale calendar
Big German festivals typically sell early-bird or full-weekend tickets long before their line-ups are complete, and those sales follow the festival's own timetable rather than the touring artist's. They are not listed as tour rows here unless an artist's own festival appearance has been confirmed with dates. Stadium tours for 2027 are a similar story: at the time of writing very few have German sale dates, and we do not add placeholders. When they arrive, expect the familiar pattern of one or more partner presales in the days before a Friday general sale, possibly with a registration step for high-demand acts. Our advice is to set alerts on the artists you would travel for now, even with no tour announced, because the gap between an announcement and the first presale in Germany can be as short as a few days. A row marked TBA today can turn into a live presale before the next weekend.
Lead times in the German presale calendar
How far ahead do German tickets go on sale? The median lead time in our data, measured from the general sale to the first concert of the run, is 230 days, which is roughly seven and a half months. Thirty Seconds To Mars is a good illustration of the long end: their German tickets went on sale on Friday 17 April 2026 for shows in April 2027, almost a full year ahead. At the short end, Bullet For My Valentine's general sale on 30 September 2026 left fewer than four months before the first German date at the end of January 2027. The practical message is that 2027 German shows are being sold right now, through the autumn of 2026, and that summer 2027 dates will keep appearing over the next few months. If you are budgeting, think of concert tickets for next year as an expense that lands this autumn and winter, not next spring.
Lead time also affects what happens after the sale. A tour sold eight months ahead has a long tail of second releases, production holds and upgraded seating categories that appear when the stage plan is finalised, and German promoters do sometimes release additional tickets for dates that seemed sold out. That is one more reason the status in the table can move backwards as well as forwards from a fan's point of view: a date marked on sale may have had no availability for weeks and then show fresh seats. The alert for a tour does not stop when the general sale opens. We keep watching for added dates, which happen frequently in Germany when demand is strong, as well as for venue upgrades and new cities. Five Finger Death Punch, Megadeth and Bullet For My Valentine all ended up with four to six German dates, and extra nights on a German leg are usually released on the same weekday rhythm as the original sale.
Presale types seen in the German presale calendar
Fewer German rows carry a named presale type than in the British or American tables, and that is meaningful in itself. Where a type is recorded, the most frequent are Live Nation presales and artist or fan club presales (two tours each), with one Amex presale and one Spotify presale. Teddy Swims' UGLY Tour and Cage The Elephant's Dying In Reverse Tour both had Live Nation-run early windows; Harry Styles combined an Amex presale with an artist presale. Mobile-network priority schemes that are a fixture in the UK are not part of the German picture in our data. What this means in practice is that many German presales are open to anyone who registered with the promoter or ticketing site in time, rather than being tied to a specific credit card or membership. For a definition of each format, see our pages on the fan club presale, the promoter presale and the Amex presale.
Matching a German presale calendar row to your eligibility
Before a sale day, check the row and ask one question: which of these windows can I actually use? If the type is artist presale, you usually need to join the artist's mailing list or fan club before a cut-off, and the access link arrives from the artist's own channel. If it is a promoter presale, registration with the promoter or with the ticketing account is normally enough. If it is a card presale, you need the right card and the purchase must be completed with it. When the row shows no type at all, that usually means either no presale exists or the presale was announced without detail, and the safe assumption is that the general sale is your main chance. Our alerts spell out which official channel runs each window and when it opens, so you can decide in advance whether to join a list. They do not distribute codes; those belong to the channel that issues them.
Practical timing for the German presale calendar
All times in German announcements are local time, Central European Time in winter and Central European Summer Time from the last Sunday of March, so a Friday 10:00 sale in Germany is 09:00 in London and very early morning on the American east coast. If you are buying from abroad, convert the time once and put it in your calendar with an alarm rather than relying on memory. Prices are in euros, and ticketing sites in Germany normally show the price including advance booking fees, but delivery or system charges may be added at checkout, so compare the final total. Many German sales also restrict the number of tickets per order, often to four or six, and some high-demand shows use personalised tickets with the buyer's name. Have your account logged in, your payment method saved and your address correct before the sale starts; on a same-day presale and general sale, there is no time to fix a typo in your billing details between the two.
A second practical point is that German sales often run on more than one ticketing system at once. A tour may be available through a national ticketing company and through a local box office or regional ticket shop, each with its own allocation. When one queue is long, another outlet may still have seats, which is legitimate and common for German tours. Our table names a platform only when the announcement did; if you see none, check the promoter's announcement for the list of official outlets. Finally, keep an eye on Wednesday announcements. In our German data a Wednesday presale is often the first sign that the general sale will follow on Friday of the same week, giving you two days to prepare. That pattern is not a rule, but it is common enough to be worth noticing when you scan the calendar on a Monday morning. Our presale day checklist covers the rest of the preparation.

German presale calendar FAQ
The questions below are the ones German readers send us most often about the table itself: how fresh it is, why some fields stay blank, how far the weekday pattern can be trusted and what a status really promises. They are answered with the same dataset used for every figure on this page, and where the honest answer is that something has not been announced yet, we say so rather than fill the gap with a guess. For definitions of terms such as general sale, allocation, registration presale or personalised ticket, our presale glossary explains each one in plain language, and the main FAQ covers questions that apply to every country we follow, including how alerts are sent and how to unsubscribe from a single tour. If your question is not covered here, the alert form on this page also accepts a short note, and recurring questions end up answered here in a later update.
How often is the German presale calendar updated?
The table is rebuilt from our tour dataset whenever new 2027 dates or sale times are confirmed, and the figures quoted on this page reflect the version available at the time of writing, with 44 tours and 164 German dates. In busy weeks, typically around Wednesday and Friday announcements, rows can change several times: a TBA tour gains a presale date, a sold-out show gets an extra night, or an on-sale row is updated after a second release. We do not add a row until there is at least a confirmed German date from an official announcement, and we do not fill in sale times that have not been published. If you need to know the moment something changes for one specific tour, the 🔔 Alert me button is faster than checking the page, because it sends the update straight to your inbox instead of waiting for you to refresh the calendar.
Why do some rows in the German presale calendar show no presale?
A missing presale usually means one of two things. Either the tour genuinely went straight to general sale in Germany, which is more common than in the UK, or a presale existed but was announced only to members of a specific list and never published with a date. Jorja Smith's German dates are an example where our data has a general sale on 28 August 2026 but no recorded presale. When we cannot confirm a presale from an official announcement, we leave the field blank rather than invent one. If you suspect a presale is coming for an artist you follow, joining the artist's own mailing list and the relevant promoter's newsletter is the reliable way to find out. Our alerts will mention any presale that becomes public, along with the channel running it, but they cannot reveal windows that were deliberately kept private by the people organising them, and we would not want to.
Can I trust the weekday pattern in the German presale calendar for my artist?
The Friday pattern is strong, with 30 of 36 recorded general sales falling on a Friday, but it is a tendency and not a guarantee. International tours sometimes align Germany with a global launch day, and a few releases in our data opened on a Wednesday or Thursday. Treat Friday as your default assumption and confirm the actual date as soon as it is announced. The same caution applies to the zero-day median gap between presale and general sale: some tours, such as Harry Styles and Bullet For My Valentine, had a two-day gap, and an act with a heavy fan club component may set a longer one. The safest approach is to set an alert, read the announcement when it lands and put the specific times in your diary. Patterns help you prepare in advance; only the official announcement tells you exactly when to be online, logged in and ready to buy.
Does the German presale calendar include Austria and Switzerland?
No. This calendar is limited to shows physically taking place in Germany, which is why a tour with dates in Vienna or Zurich will list only its German cities here. Austrian and Swiss shows are frequently handled by different promoters and sometimes different ticketing companies, and they can go on sale on another day even when the tour was announced as one European leg. If you are willing to travel across a border, it is worth setting alerts for the whole tour rather than a single country, because a sold-out Munich date might still leave options a few hours away. The broader presale calendar hub links to the other country tables, including the Netherlands, France and Italy, so you can compare sale dates for the same tour across neighbouring markets before you decide where to buy. Remember that travel and accommodation can quickly outweigh any saving on the ticket itself.
What does an on-sale status mean if the German show is sold out?
On sale describes the state of the sale, not the availability of tickets. Once the general sale for a German tour has opened, the row stays marked on sale even if the first release sold out in minutes, because further allocations can still appear: production holds released after the stage is built, extra seating categories, or a second date added by the promoter. We do not track live seat counts, so the status is not a promise that anything is left. If you missed the first sale, keep your alert switched on, check the official seller around the time production details are confirmed, and look at the official fan-to-fan resale option if the seller offers one. For how resale is handled in different countries, including Germany, our page on resale rules summarises the current position in neutral terms and points out where the rules differ from one market to the next.
