Arthur Hill Presale 2027: How to Get Tickets, Country by Country
The Arthur Hill presale for the Arthway Round The World shows in New Zealand and Australia is a quiet one, and that is useful to know. Tickets went on general sale on Friday 4 September 2026 through Ticketek, Ticketmaster and the venues' own box offices, and our records do not list a separate presale for the tour. The eight dates run from Auckland Town Hall on 14 May 2027 through Wellington, Christchurch, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide to Perth on 25 May. Every one of them is a theatre or a mid-sized hall, which tells you a lot about how the tickets behave: capacity is limited, seating is often reserved and the audience is loyal. This guide is built for a fan who is deciding whether to act now or wait. It covers how the trans-Tasman market works, what a theatre tour usually offers in place of a classic presale, how the box-office routes differ from the national platforms, and how to approach each city. We do not claim a presale where our data shows none, and we avoid naming times that are not documented. The aim is to help you buy the right ticket for the right room, with realistic expectations.

Why there is no classic Arthur Hill presale in our records
For a theatre tour of this size, a promoter often puts the tickets on sale at once or with a very short mailing-list window. Our sale note says general sale opened on Friday 4 September 2026 via Ticketek, Ticketmaster and the venues' own box offices, and no earlier windows are recorded. It is possible that a mailing-list window existed and was not documented, so we say only that our data does not show one. For you, the lesson is simple. If you have not yet bought, there is no queue to join and no window to prepare for: the tickets are available now, and the question is whether the date and seat you want are still open. Check each seller's page. Compare the three sellers where more than one is listed, since fees and seat choice differ. If you want to be told about an extra date or a new release, use the alert form on this page. Our Australian presale guide explains how the market usually works.

Arthur Hill presale in New Zealand: Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch
The New Zealand leg is made up of three rooms: Auckland Town Hall on 14 May, Meow Nui in Wellington on 15 May and the James Hay Theatre in Christchurch on 16 May 2027. They are quite different in character. Auckland Town Hall is a grand civic hall with a large capacity, Meow Nui is a smaller venue, and the James Hay Theatre is part of a civic centre. Tickets are sold through the seller linked from each venue. New Zealand buyers usually deal with Ticketek or Ticketmaster New Zealand, and prices are in New Zealand dollars. If you are an Australian fan planning a trip across the Tasman, check that your card works for NZ transactions and what the fee is. Our New Zealand presale guide and New Zealand calendar explain how the sales are organised. The three dates fall on consecutive days, so a fan who misses one can try the next, but travel between them takes time.
Australian Arthur Hill presale: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth
Australia has five dates in May: The Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane on 18 May, the Enmore Theatre in Sydney on 19 May, the Palais Theatre in Melbourne on 21 May, The Gov in Adelaide on 23 May and the Astor Theatre in Perth on 25 May 2027. Each is a historic or well-known room with its own character. The Enmore and the Palais are among the best-known theatres in their cities, and The Gov is an Adelaide live-music venue. The sellers named in our record are Ticketek, Ticketmaster and the venue box offices, and which one handles a given date depends on the venue's contract. This matters because a venue may sell through one platform only, and you cannot compare prices across them. Our Australian calendar page shows how Australian on-sales are timed through the year, and the resale rules page describes how transfers and refunds are treated in different markets.

The box office versus the platform: how to buy an Arthur Hill presale ticket
Venues in Australia and New Zealand often have their own box offices, and these can be an advantage. You may be able to choose a specific seat from a map, to speak to a person about access needs, and to avoid some booking fees. The national platforms offer convenience, a mobile app and a large customer base. Neither is better in every case, and it is worth comparing them on the final price and the choice of seats. If you decide to use a box office, check how it delivers tickets: by email, in an app or on paper. Check the refund policy and whether names can be changed. If you use a national platform, make sure your account details are correct and that your card works. We do not publish codes, and a ticket from the box office or the platform will not need one. Our venue presale guide explains the box-office route in more depth, and the promoter presale page covers how promoters run lists.
Reading an Arthur Hill presale ticket: seats, stalls and circle
In theatres, the choice of seat is the most important decision. The stalls are closest to the stage, the circle or balcony higher up, and some rooms have boxes or side seats with partial views. A seat in the centre of the circle can be better than one at the side of the stalls. The seller's map usually shows sight-line notes, and prices vary by section. If your priority is hearing and seeing the performance, aim for the centre of the stalls or the front of the circle. If your priority is price, look at the upper circle or the sides. Some rooms are general admission, with standing room only, so check which type you are buying. Accessible seating is booked separately, normally through the venue, and early contact is best. Bring your confirmation and any proof of eligibility on the night.

Planning a trans-Tasman trip around the Arthur Hill presale dates
With dates stretching from Auckland on 14 May to Perth on 25 May, a fan can combine several shows. Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch are on three consecutive days, then Brisbane follows two days later, which makes a flight across the Tasman practical. Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are also on consecutive or near-consecutive evenings, and Adelaide and Perth follow. Travel costs are the biggest part of the trip. Domestic flights in Australia are expensive, and the distance between Adelaide and Perth is large. Check whether your tickets are refundable before you book, and consider travel insurance. If you plan to see two shows, book the second ticket before the flights. Our presale day checklist gives a structure for the day of any sale, and the alert form on this page will tell you of any added dates.
Prices, fees and refunds around the Arthur Hill presale
Our records do not include ticket prices for this tour, so we do not quote any. In theatres, prices are usually banded by section, with the best seats at the top of the range and the upper circle or side seats lower. A booking fee is normally added at the final stage, and it can differ between the national platforms and the box offices. Compare the total price, not the headline price, and check whether delivery has a separate charge. Refund policies are set by the seller and by consumer law in each country. In Australia, a ticket for a cancelled event is normally refunded, while a ticket for an event you cannot attend is generally not unless the seller allows it. New Zealand has its own consumer rules. Read the terms on the seller's page and keep the confirmation. If the date is changed, the seller will contact the email address you gave, so make sure it is one you read. If you are buying for a group, one order is easier than several. Check the transfer policy before you pay, since some sellers allow tickets to be sent to friends through their own system and others do not. A tidy order today saves a long conversation later.
Choosing a city for the Arthur Hill presale: capacity and atmosphere
The eight rooms differ in size and feel. Auckland Town Hall and the Palais Theatre in Melbourne are large, seated halls. The Enmore Theatre in Sydney is a well-known music theatre with a mixed layout. The Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane is a newer venue with a modern layout, and the Astor Theatre in Perth is a historic cinema-style room. The Gov in Adelaide is a more informal live-music venue, and Meow Nui in Wellington is a smaller room. Smaller rooms give a closer, more intimate show, but they also have fewer seats, so the pressure is higher. Larger halls have more tickets but also more people. If you are flexible, the best strategy is to look at the seller's map for each city and pick the one with the best combination of seat, price and travel. A midweek date is often easier than a weekend date. Think also about the support programme and the start time. In theatre shows, doors open early and the main act may start at a fixed time, so check the timing on the seller's page. Late arrivals may not be admitted until a break in the performance, and some venues have strict rules on re-entry.

Arthur Hill presale FAQ
Because this tour is already on general sale and has no documented presale, most questions concern what to do now. What follows rests on our September 2026 records, with undocumented points identified as such. For general rules that apply to every artist, such as queues, ticket limits and refunds, our presale FAQ goes into more depth. Think of the answers as a photograph of today and confirm your date on the seller's page first. That includes questions about whether to wait for a presale that is not documented, how to compare sellers and how to deal with seats for an older audience or accessible access. We have kept every answer to what the data supports.
Is there an Arthur Hill presale for the 2027 tour?
Our records show general sale from Friday 4 September 2026 and no separate presale, so there is nothing to join for the dates announced so far. A new Arthur Hill presale would only appear if extra dates were added. Leave your email in the alert form on this page, and look at each seller for any remaining seats. In practice this means that the tickets you can see on the seller's page today are the tickets that exist, and the best approach is to buy when you find the right seat. Waiting for a presale that may never come risks losing the seat. Check back from time to time, since sellers may open new blocks of seats as the dates approach.
Where does the Arthur Hill presale sell tickets?
Our record names Ticketek, Ticketmaster and the venues' own box offices. The right one depends on the venue, so start from the venue's website and follow its link to the seller. It is common for a single venue to sell through only one platform, so you may find the same date offered by two sellers with different fees, or by only one. Check the final price in your own currency and the delivery method before you pay, and keep your confirmation. Also look at the delivery method, since some venues use digital tickets only and others offer collection at the box office, and keep your confirmation until after the show.
Do I need a code for the Arthur Hill presale?
You do not need anything from this site to enter an Arthur Hill window, and we hand out no codes. If a presale appears, access will come from the artist's list or the seller, and genuine invitations lead to the seller's own page. Genuine invitations come from the artist's list or the seller and take you to an official page. A message that asks for payment or personal details in a private chat is not an official route, and we advise you to ignore it. The same applies to any added date: the invitation, if there is one, will come from the artist's list or the seller and take you to an official page.
Which Arthur Hill presale dates are in New Zealand?
Auckland on 14 May, Wellington on 15 May and Christchurch on 16 May 2027. These three dates are on consecutive days, so a fan who travels from Australia can see more than one, but should allow for travel time between the cities. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and tickets are sold through the sellers named for each venue. Auckland Town Hall is a large civic hall, Meow Nui in Wellington a smaller venue and the James Hay Theatre in Christchurch a civic theatre, so compare the rooms as well as the dates. Check each seller's map for the seat zones, accessible options and fees, and look at the terms for refunds.
