Canadian Presale Calendar 2027: Tour On-Sales Coast to Coast
The Canadian presale calendar on this page brings together the 2027 tours with Canadian dates that our network follows, with their presale windows, general on-sale dates and current status, so you can see at a glance what is coming up from Halifax to Victoria. At the update of 24 October 2026, the table listed 30 tours and 129 shows. Seventeen tours had at least one presale on record, nineteen had a known general sale date, and several had dates on the schedule but no sale information yet. The tours range from international arena runs that stop in three or four major cities to domestic rock tours that visit towns most international acts never reach, such as Theory of a Deadman's 17 Canadian shows in March 2027, from Dawson Creek to Moncton and Halifax. The table changes as promoters publish new windows, so a tour waiting for details this week may have a confirmed presale the next.
This text is meant to be read alongside the table, not instead of it. It explains how each row is organized, what the status labels mean and how the alert button works, and then looks at the patterns that appear when all Canadian sales are viewed together: the weekdays that carry presales and public sales, the gap between windows, the lead time before shows, the cities that dominate and the platforms involved. It ends with what to expect for the rest of the 2027 season, with the caution that only official announcements decide dates. For card programs, provincial rules on resale in Ontario and Quebec, and bilingual announcements, see the Canada country guide, which covers the mechanics in depth. Here the subject is timing and planning, with examples taken from the tours currently listed in the table.

Reading the Canadian presale calendar row by row
Each row describes one tour: its name, the number of Canadian shows, the first and last show dates, the cities, the presale dates on record, the general sale date and the status. When a tour has more than one presale window, the table shows the first and last presale dates, so a range tells you the period during which early access was available. Iron Maiden's Run For Your Lives Tour, for example, shows a presale on 19 October 2026 and a general sale on 23 October for its Vancouver date on 16 April 2027. When a cell is empty, no official information was available at the time of the update; we never fill it with a guess. Sorting by presale date brings the next windows to the top, while sorting by show date helps if you are planning around a month, a holiday or a trip to another province to catch a particular show.
The city list shows the first cities alphabetically when a tour has many dates, so check the full itinerary in the official announcement if your city is not visible. The number of shows is an important clue. A tour with a single Canadian date, such as Bon Jovi's Forever Tour 2027 in Toronto on 4 August 2027 or Damien Rice's « O » 25th Anniversary show in Toronto on 14 May 2027, concentrates demand from across the country on one night, and the presale windows matter more. A tour with many dates, such as Nickelback's seven Canadian shows from Calgary and Edmonton to Hamilton, Montreal and Saskatoon, offers alternatives if one city sells quickly. The platform column shows Ticketmaster for 27 of the 30 tours, with Live Nation on six and evenko on two, so for most rows one well-prepared account covers the purchase.
Status labels in the Canadian presale calendar
The status column uses three labels. A tour in presale has at least one announced window that has not yet ended; at the last update, that applied to Bon Jovi in Toronto, with presales on 28 and 30 October 2026 and the general sale on 30 October. Pomme's four Quebec and Ontario dates in October 2027 were also flagged as upcoming, with a general sale on 26 October 2026. A tour marked on sale has passed its general sale date; the table does not track availability, so tickets may remain for some dates or be gone for others. A tour marked TBA lists shows but no sale dates yet. That was the case for April Wine's 2027 Canadian Tour with eight shows from January to March 2027, Death From Above 1979's Private Lives Tour with seven dates, Death Cab for Cutie's three Canadian shows in April 2027 and Gracie Abrams's Montreal and Toronto dates. When a promoter publishes new information, the status changes at the next update.
Using 🔔 Alert me on the Canadian presale calendar
Every tour row carries a small bell, the 🔔 Alert me button, which signs you up for news about that tour alone. As soon as we record an announced window, an added show or a date change, you get an email naming the type of access, the day, the start time in the venue's own zone and the source that controls it: an artist mailing list, a card program, a promoter such as evenko or Live Nation, or a building's newsletter. That is most valuable on rows still marked TBA, where a promoter can announce a sale on a Monday and open the first window on the Wednesday. You will never find a code in these emails, because codes and links are distributed only by whoever runs the window, and signing up does not hold seats for you. Think of it as a timer, not a ticket. Fans who would rather follow everything at once can use the general alert form on this page.

Monday to Friday: the weekly rhythm of the Canadian presale calendar
Viewed together, the Canadian sales show a recognizable weekly shape with one notable difference from the American pattern. Among tours with a known first presale date, Monday and Wednesday were tied as the most frequent starting days, with five tours each, followed by Tuesday with four. The general sale, by contrast, was overwhelmingly on a Friday: 15 of the 19 tours with a known public sale date opened on that day, with only one on a Monday and one on a Saturday. Backstreet Boys' Toronto show on 12 February 2027 illustrates the long version of the pattern, with a presale on Monday 5 October 2026 and a general sale on Friday 9 October. Metallica's Vancouver date on 8 May 2027 followed a similar shape, with a presale on Monday 21 September and a general sale on Friday 25 September. In both cases, early access opened at the start of the week.
The Monday starts matter for planning. A fan who assumes that presales always fall midweek may miss a window that opened at the start of the week and ran for several days, and a window that begins on a Monday morning in Toronto opens before most people in British Columbia are awake. The Friday concentration of general sales also creates crowded mornings: on 16 October 2026, Nickelback and Ayra Starr both opened to the public in Canada, and on 23 October Zach Bryan, Damien Rice and Iron Maiden did. If you follow several of these tours, sort the table by general sale date to see the collisions in advance and decide which one to prioritize. In most cases, using the presale for one tour and the general sale for another is more realistic than trying to buy everything on the same Friday morning.
How 2027 on-sales have run in Canada
Busiest cities: Toronto (23), Montreal (19), Vancouver (15), Ottawa (7), Edmonton (6), Winnipeg (5).
Platforms named in sale notices: Ticketmaster, Live Nation, evenko.
Presale types seen: Artist, Live Nation, Spotify, Promoter, Amex, Venue.

Lead times in the Canadian presale calendar: about seven months ahead
The median gap between the first presale and the general sale for Canadian dates was two days, the same as in the United States, but the lead time between the sale and the concert was longer: about 203 days, or close to seven months, compared with roughly six months for American dates in our data. Luke Combs's My Kinda Saturday Night Tour shows in Edmonton and Vancouver in late May and early June 2027, for instance, went on sale in August 2026. Some gaps between presale and general sale were longer than the median: Iron Maiden's Vancouver date had four days between them, and Metallica's Vancouver date also had four. Others had none at all, as with Finger Eleven's Last Night on Earth Tour and Angèle's Montreal show, where the presale and the general sale fell on the same day. The table shows each case, which is more useful than any average.
The long lead time has a direct consequence for anyone planning summer 2027. A show in July or August 2027 may well go on sale before the end of the winter, and some already have: Zach Bryan's Edmonton and Vancouver dates from late July to early August 2027 and Slipknot's July shows in Montreal and Toronto are already on sale. When you see a tour in the table with summer dates and no sale on record, it is reasonable to expect a sale announcement in the coming months, although only the official announcement will confirm when. Registering an alert for that tour now means you will hear about it as soon as it is published. It also leaves time to arrange travel, which matters in a country where many fans drive or fly several hours to the nearest arena date.

Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and beyond in the Canadian presale calendar
Counting individual shows, Toronto leads the table with 23 dates, followed by Montreal with 19 and Vancouver with 15, then Ottawa with seven, Edmonton with six, Winnipeg with five, and Quebec City and Saskatoon with four each. The three largest cities appear on nearly every international tour that comes to Canada, and Toronto in particular often gets several nights, as Harry Styles's four shows there in May 2027 show. Montreal's high count reflects both its size and the strength of the Quebec market, including francophone artists who play several Quebec cities. Vancouver anchors the West Coast and is often paired with Seattle on North American routings. Hamilton appears frequently as an alternative to Toronto for arena shows, and Calgary and Edmonton alternate as the Alberta stop. When a tour visits only one city in a region, demand from the whole region concentrates there, and the presale for that single date becomes correspondingly more competitive.
Smaller cities and domestic tours in the Canadian presale calendar
The table also shows another side of the Canadian market: long domestic tours that reach smaller cities. Finger Eleven's 23-date tour includes Brandon, Campbell River, Camrose and Cranbrook, Theory of a Deadman's 17 dates include Dawson Creek, Enoch and Moncton, and April Wine's tour reaches Halifax, Moncton and Niagara Falls. These shows often play theaters, casinos or small arenas, and they may sell through a venue's own box office or a regional platform as well as Ticketmaster. Presales for such tours are less common, and when they exist they are often run by the venue or the local promoter. For fans outside the main cities, the practical step is to subscribe to the newsletter of the venue nearest to you as well as registering an alert here, because local venues sometimes announce dates and windows through their own channels before national coverage picks them up, and their presales can be small and brief.
Windows and platforms behind the Canadian presale calendar
The type labels in the table show which channels open the earliest windows. Artist presales are the most common in the Canadian data, on 11 tours, followed by Live Nation on six, Spotify on three, promoter and American Express windows on two each, and venue presales on one. Several tours combine labels: Nickelback's Canadian dates used artist, Live Nation and Spotify windows, and Calvin Harris's dates in Hamilton, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver did the same before the general sale on 22 October 2026. The promoter label appears mainly on Quebec dates involving evenko, whose newsletter is a key source for shows in Montreal and Quebec City. A few tours had no presale on record at all and went straight to the public. When you read a row, the type labels tell you which list to join or which card to prepare, and the presale types overview explains what each label means.
The 2027 season ahead on the Canadian presale calendar
At the last update, Canadian shows in the table clustered in the late winter and spring of 2027, with the most tours starting in February and March and a steady number in April and May, while fewer tours were scheduled for the summer and autumn. That distribution reflects announcements to date, not the final season. In recent years, many large summer tours across North America have been announced in the late autumn and winter, with presales following quickly, and Canadian dates are usually announced at the same time as the American ones on the same routing. If that pattern continues, more summer 2027 tours with Canadian dates are expected to appear in the table in the coming months. We add tours only when they are officially announced and never list rumored dates. The US calendar is worth watching too, since American announcements often reveal the shape of a North American routing before every Canadian date is confirmed.
For practical planning, a weekly check works well. At the start of each week, sort the table by presale date and note any windows in the coming seven days, including those that open on a Monday. Convert each start time to your own zone: the country spans six time zones, including Newfoundland's half-hour offset, and most sales open at a set local time at the venue unless the announcement specifies a national time. Prepare your Ticketmaster account and stored card before the first window, and for Quebec dates subscribe to the promoter's list as well. For tours marked TBA, register an alert now, since the gap between a sale announcement and its first window can be only a few days. The presale day checklist lists the checks to do the evening before any sale.

Canadian presale calendar FAQ
This last section deals with practical questions about the table rather than about ticketing rules. It explains how fresh the data is, why a row can look incomplete, what the table deliberately leaves out, and how to use it for a trip inside Canada or across the border. Everything here reflects the way the page works in autumn 2026. No answer implies privileged access: every ticket is sold by an official platform, under conditions that platform sets. Questions that really concern a window's rules, whether card eligibility, Quebec's limits on reselling above the announced price or Ontario's ticket legislation, are covered in the Canada country guide, linked above. Announcements in Quebec often use French terms such as prévente and mise en vente; the presale glossary translates them, and the broader presale FAQ handles issues common to all fifteen markets. The four answers below are independent of one another, so read whichever is relevant.
How current is the Canadian presale calendar?
We refresh the table from the network's tour records on a regular basis, and every figure quoted in this guide comes from the snapshot taken on 24 October 2026. Promoters do not wait for our schedule, though: a window can be announced in the morning and appear in the table only after the next refresh. If you need to know the moment something changes, set an alert on the tour with the bell icon, which emails you once the change is logged. Where our row and the promoter's announcement disagree, trust the announcement; the row will be corrected at the following refresh. Dates that circulate only as rumors, fan screenshots or unconfirmed posts are left out on purpose. Tours that also play the United States draw on the same records as the American table, so a revised North American routing shows up on both pages at once.
Why do some tours in the Canadian presale calendar have no presale listed?
An empty presale cell has several possible explanations. The tour may simply not have announced its sale yet, in which case the status reads TBA. The promoter may have chosen a straight public on-sale with no early window. Or early access may have run only through a fan club that did not publish its dates. Of the 30 Canadian tours in the current snapshot, 17 show a presale and 19 show a general sale date, which leaves a sizeable group still waiting. Smaller domestic tours, especially those playing casinos and theaters, rarely publish a presale beyond a venue newsletter offer. We leave the cell blank whenever no official source confirms a window, rather than inventing one. If a presale is announced later, an alert on that tour will bring you the date, the local start time and the channel, which is all you need to get ready.
Does the Canadian presale calendar show prices or availability?
No. The table tracks timing: presale dates, general sale dates and status. Prices on Canadian dates are set by the promoter and shown by the ticketing platform in Canadian dollars, with fees and, depending on the province, sales taxes; they vary by section and sometimes by demand, so a single price in a table would be misleading. Availability changes minute by minute during a sale, and released holds or added dates can bring new tickets weeks later. To check either, go to the official platform for each show. The calendar's role is to make sure you know when and where to buy. If a tour adds a second Toronto or Montreal night after a quick sell-out, the new date appears in the table at the next update, and anyone with an alert for that tour receives an email with the new sale details.
Can I use the Canadian presale calendar to plan a trip to another city?
Yes. The table shows each tour's cities and dates, which helps you compare options, such as Edmonton or Vancouver for Zach Bryan in summer 2027, or Hamilton, Montreal, Toronto or Vancouver for Calvin Harris in the spring. With a typical lead time of around seven months between the sale and the show in our data, there is usually time to arrange travel, but buy the ticket before booking non-refundable flights or hotels. Check the start time of each sale in the venue's time zone, since a sale for a Vancouver show opens three hours after the same local time in Toronto, and confirm that your presale access applies to the date you choose. For dates in Quebec, read the terms in French as well as English. If plans change after purchase, the platform's transfer or resale options, under the terms shown at the time of sale, are the route to follow.
